Make sure the vehicle I rented at least has clean windows - the van I got was filthy inside and out. Had to stop at a gas station and really clean all the windows just to be able to see to back up.Ronald K.

I picked up the truck after hours using your self-serve app. The parking area was dark, the lock box was unlit, and I had to sit and wait in the cold for my license to be approved. Why wasn't that done when I made the reservation from the comfort of my home instead of at the last minute while I was standing in the cold rain? Additionally, I reserved an appliance dolly, I was charged for an appliance dolly, but no appliance dolly was present in the truck. How was I supposed to move my refrigerator without a dolly? I made a special effort to return the truck DURING business hours so I could have this charge corrected but when I arrived at 4:00pm on Friday there was note posted on the door saying "sorry, we closed early today" WTF? So I disputed the charge in the self-service app and was told that a customer service agent would get back to me but 4 days later I'm still waiting.Bryan M.
The mobile pickup option was Complicated and took 30 minutes to do. Needs to be app based with QR code's to unlock the trucks. Maybe find a way to have the app also flash the lights to show which one is to be used. Also verify and approve all information at time of booking.Nick C.

I've used this location more than once and they are always very welcoming and have everything ready to go. Checkin and checkout takes less than 3 minutes. The vans are clean and well maintained. Friendly staff - highly recommend!Ronald K.

Location was very convenient. Business was closed at drop off. I put keys in the drop box before using app.; these steps were not explained to me in advance, so it was too late to retrieve keys to take mileage / gas photo. The app works very well for checking truck back in; key drop boxes should have big signs telling people to stop and check app before putting in keys.Justin L.

This truck was returned to the location after the location closed. This means that they were unable to put the keys into the 24/7 lock box because they were closed the following day as well. We got to the location and couldn't get our truck. Uhaul customer service didn't know what was happening. When it was finally figured out that this location never put the keys in the box, they suggested we go pick up a truck 2 hours away instead of contacting the owner of the original store we rented from. We asked that the manager be called, and see if something could be done. Eventually she arrived, no mask (masks are required in PA), and suggested that I don't need to wear one either (her personal beliefs). She then didn't have the quantity of packing blankets we requested. Said she would credit us the money back but only gave us 50% off that price. She said she was including a dolly without charge because of the inconvenience. We were later charged for those as well. The woman on customer service line suggested that we would be getting a clean truck, possibly a little smaller than we ordered. She ended up just saying â€œjust take thisâ€ and gave us the dirty box truck that was returned the night before. I was under the impression that due to covid we were going to be receiving a cleaned disinfected truck. This was a terrible experience for us particularly because of uhauls reservation guarantee. We were guaranteed a truck would be clean and ready to go when we got there. That was absolutely not the care. We were an hour late with movers waiting for us at our house. I find it very hard to believe that she had no idea that the truck would be returned when she wouldn't be there, and therefor she wouldn't be able to put the keys in. The length of time of rental is one of the pieces of information gathered when you request a truck. Additionally I would have been significantly less upset if someone had called me the night before to say â€œhey, we can't get the keys for your truck, can we switch your reservation to another location?â€. It was just overall terrible customer service from uhaul and Wexford self storage, which is why I would never recommend either company to anyone moving. Moving is stressful enough, let alone being told the morning of your move â€œhey you don't have a truckâ€. There is a zero percent chance I'll work Wexford self store again. I might consider working with uhaul again if I would know this would never happen again.Alexis M.

I had a VERY narrow window to pick up a chair and ottoman from a friend. I went to a location on McKnight Rd, and UGH...a van wasn't available. Facing defeat, I sat in my friend's driveway, and looked up local U-Hauls. Low and behold, Tracy in Wexford came up, 6 miles away from my friend. She was wonderful. She had a van, I went right over, the van was new, clean, awesome. I got my chair and life is good. Thank you U-Haul, thank you Tracy. Great experience. I will DEFINITLY use you folks again.Kurt K.
