Inside of windshield was dirty and large water marks on it. Wes was friendly and helpful! Hard to find the location with GPS. The road is not a definite road but part of another business's parking lot. The latches on the hood were left unlatched. I noticed it when I got to my home half an hour away.Scott S.

This store owner was rude to me. The worker Wes is the best but the owner does not seem to like women and despite prebooking and waiting for assistance he took care of another client who came in after me a male. Made me tear up because I felt like he may be racist and judge mental. The store is dirty inside and the owner gave me a vibe of â€œdo not come to the storeâ€. In the future I will be booking with the same Uhaul due to location, however, they need to hire women and other cultures. Additionally, clean the storefront professionally.Dana C.

My van was not ready when it was guaranteed. While this is out of UHaul's control, staff did not seem motivated to help address my specific needs with urgency, compassion or care.ELIZABETH K.
The at-store experience was fine. It was the Sign-in that Sucks. The verification should have been done BEFORE the customer picks up the rental. Having to wait while you're in a rush is not creating a great experience.Michael S.

I booked well in advance but the Uhaul wasn't avail in the city I reserved it for (Grand Forks, ND) so I had to pick one up 100+ miles away (Fergus Falls, MN). While in Grand Forks, I drove by a Uhaul facility that had several vehicles avail... also, I wasn't allotted enough miles to cover the additional distance from the town 100+ miles away (Fergus Falls, MN) to my final destination. I have been a Uhaul customer previously but I can honestly say Uhaul let me down this time.Michael F.

Didn't appreciate having to pay extra to return rental. Your company used goggle to determine mileage from pickup to destination but our destination has no uhall to return to. Our rental should have included and the distance to the return site.JOHN Y.

We had originally reserved a larger truck 26 ft from the U-haul on Lincoln Ave in Fergus Falls mn about 3 weeks before our move of Feb 15th. For 8am. When we came to pick it up they tell us our truck won't be available until after 4pm. We had friends and family waiting to load. We were told "someone" was supposed to have called us about the changes but we never received the information. We went to the Hampden location and the gentleman there offered us a 15 ft truck with more miles offered. We took the truck hoping to not have to make 2 trips.as would take more time and gas for what we hoped would be one trip as we were moving over an hour away. All in all we will now end up having to try to finish the move with pickups as we couldn't get it all in the 15 foot truck. We are very disappointed and will at this time wouldn't recommend U-haul to anyone. Maybe this experience will fade with time but feel we paid plenty for this horrible experience. The people on West Lincoln location are very unprofessional. Better at Hampton Ave. Location but still think a discount should have been offered. Guess customer service is not a high priority at U-haul.LINDA LEE S.
