But, I started having concerns about the security as the gate was broken and not repaired for over 2 months. During that time the gate was left open 24/7 and during that period I noticed twice the door entering the climate controlled building was also left unlocked. While at the facility at night I noticed several security lights were either turned off or not working. These concerns plus the increased rental cost from $120 per month ten years ago to $180 now caused me to look for another alternative.

I didn't receive a gate code to get into the property though, had to call management for it, It took three of us to unlock the locks password. It took way to long for that, and couldn't get it to lock when returning. Manager did it with no problem, LOL. Other than this, it was a smooth transition. Thank you!
