Was charged for fuel when i took it back but it was in the same spot when i took it out. I took a picture of it when i dropped it off and glad that i did went back and talked with the manager. She informed me to call U-Haul didn't get a answer when i called but uploaded the picture of the fuel haven't heard anything back from them. I recommend you not get one from this location.Michele M.

Rentals should be based on 24 hour rental. This location charged me 20.00 per hour late fee which was equivalent to the rental fee. The customer service rep could not tell me if the rental late fee would allow me to rent for another day or not. She was totally unaware of process.Tonya W.

The employee had a very nasty attitude. When I return the U-haul, I felt as though I had left more than enough gas in it compared to when I received it. I asked the employee to check for me as it was hard to read and tell exactly where the gas level was. The location where I took the U-haul back to was a gas station. If she had told me that I needed to add more gas, I would have gladly added more gas even though I felt that it was more than what was in it when I received it. I would have not minded paying $2.69 for the gas as opposed to the amount charged to me - a total of $45.00. After she cashed out the transactions and I asked her why she didn't tell me I needed to add more gas, she laughed in y face and said your the first person who has ever been charged for gas. She said this as if she was making fun of the charges that I had just received. I was very frustrated with the situation and called the corporate office. I also sent an email with where the gas level was when I return the U-Haul. This is the 1st and LAST time that I will ever use this location. If I need a U-Haul and this is the only location available, I will look for other options. I have used U-Haul several times before and have NEVER been treated the way that I was treated on this visit. I am deeply disappointed. Not only was the customer service bad in reference to the lady's attitude but I had to wait for the lady to check out every customer in the store that came in when I was picking up and dropping off the U-Haul. The lady even made a statement stating that she hates that there is a U-Haul rental at their gas station. A complaint was filed by myself. I could write a whole lot more about this experience but I am going to leave this informations and think twice before using another U-Haul location.Melinda A.

I reported a malfunction when I returned the truck. There must have been a malfunction in the relay that turned the message off "before you proceed, release the emergency brake". My mechanic assured me the brake was not engaged and I proceeded with my trip.margaret C.
Keys locked in truck at scheduled time of pickup, had to wait over an hour for a uhaul rep to come unlock the truck. Contract was changed after the original purchase to double the cost of the rental with no notice ( I was supposed to have 232 miles available but now they decided to charge me 99c a mile)Noah P.
I return furniture dolly in store due to not being able to lock cabin as I have with other locations. This location proceeded to attempt to charge me for missing equipment though it was in the store. staff was not welcoming. I called the location prior to returning the vehicle. I informed him I was running behind, but I would be there within 10 minutes(roughly 2-3 minutes after close at 4pm). Upon arriving to the location I entered the store and asked if this is where I can return the equipment. The male staff looked over at the time and said, "It's 4:02, we're closed, just park the truck over by the others and put the key in the drop box and I'll take care of it tomorrow." Picking up the truck was great and the woman working there was very knowledgeable and went smoothly. Dropping off on the other hand was very difficult. Communication was the hardest part do to attendant could not speak English well. He had me move the vehicle multiple times in a busy confined area. I don't think he knew what he was doing. It was very stressful. On the other hand the vehicle performed great and had no issues with the equipment. Beware of communication barrier at this location.Joshua B.

This location did not have a knowledgeable staff member. The lights did not work on the U haul and she was "unsure what she could do to help" as she was the sole person working alone at a gas station. Fortunately, we were able to drive to the main location on Marshall St. where a very nice tech came out and helped us. He determined the wire inside the U haul was spliced wrong and re-wired it. Thank you to him for the prompt service. But the original pick up location was not helpful and seemed to be incapable of resolving any issues.MATTHEW A.

I was there being helped and pushed to the back of the line by employee named Brittany saying she was the only person in that location and I would have to wait. She did not come outside to check the truck with me. There was no paper in the printer to print the contract for me to sign all paperwork so she said come back later and finish it up when I return the truck.The came with the gas right above the 3/4 line and I returned it with 3/4 of a tank, there was roaches and spiders in the packing compartment of the vehicle that I had to kill and clean up.
