This was the worst rental experience I have had with Uhaul. I get that the CSR tried to fix the situation, but the delay, and then settling for a smaller truck really messed up my move. I even called Rooter Plus HVAC the day before my pickup date to discuss, and was told everything would be ready. Not happy.
