When attempting to pick up my trailer in Winston Salem, I was sent to 3 different locations before I was given a trailer. I had to wait at one location for 30 minutes before I was told to move to a new location. I was told the trailer lights work, after checking them later, they did not. The passenger blinker was out. The trailer tires blew out at separate times on the road, due to low tread, poor tire pressure, and tire rot. Both blow outs happened on freeway or highway settings. I payed for a trailer that was in poor condition and created dangerous situations on the road both for me and other drivers.
Weston SI literally have nothing negative to say about my experience. From the initial phone call to dropping off the key in the lock box. Everything went smoothly and I couldn’t be happier.
Don DOnce I was redirected to this location as the first one wasn't a real location the personnel was very helpful to unload my car for me. It was very helpful.
