The people and location were fine. The truck smelled badly of marijuana. Might try fabreze before sending it out again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey were not well stocked with trailer adapters so i had to go down the road to buy one which set me back some time Its my fault for accodentally packing away my adapter but i have never been to a uhaul store that doesnt have adapters in stock

Mark SThis was the worst rental experience I have had with Uhaul. I get that the CSR tried to fix the situation, but the delay, and then settling for a smaller truck really messed up my move. I even called Rooter Plus HVAC the day before my pickup date to discuss, and was told everything would be ready. Not happy.
