Eva AThe local agency was very nice and friendly. I will not however recommend U-Haul to anyone. When I started a truck up I had the tire pressure check light flashing, the air bag light flashing and the check engine light flashing. I went back into the office to inform them about my concerns and I was told that it would be fine to drive. They knew about these issues but that they were not allowed to repair them. Everything had to go to a central repair shop. If I could have found another truck I would’ve gone to get it and left U-Haul in a cloud of dust. I was told that there was 24 hours of road side service if I was to break down. I had 5 men to help load everything in the truck and had I broke down there was NO WAY I could have unloaded and reloaded on the side of the highway. If U-Haul is to be honest to their customers they should not be allowed to have trucks with this many issues on the road. I’m not 100% sure put I think it’s against the law to have a truck with these many problems on the road. U_Haul should be ashamed to say they are the #1 moving company with trucks like this.
