The lady assisting us was not polite and was rude. She was upset I called to ask where the location was even though the place is in the back so it's understandable why we couldn't find it. She has such a rude tone and talked to me like I was stupid right away when she picked up the phone. When we came in she still had an unpleasant face in but calmed down. However, wouldn't go back to be treated like that. Lady needs to get a new job if she does not like it.Brian M.

Help the Allignment Guys understand professionalism. I already knew due to their horrible rating, that I wasn't going to have a good experience, but it was even worse than I thought. Negative emotions, unprofessional pessimistic behavior, you do not feel valued at all. They even charged me a $20 fee I knew nothing about, nor could she explain when I asked her what it was for. I contacted U-Haul and had a wonderful experience with them and the $20 was refunded thankfully.Jacob K.

The van was, mostly clean when I picked it up with a few pieces of dirt that I swept out. It was cleaner when I returned it then when I picked it up and yet you charged me 25 dollars to clean it.Thomas B.

This is a small. operation and they didn't interface with your main department very well, but they are good people. They have another business and are not as focused on UHaul. However, all that said, they were very nice and it was a convienient location.KAREN B.

Terrible customer service. Wasn't compensated for having to run around to different locations to find a truck since my reservation was not fulfilled. Lack of communication from the Provo location (not telling me my truck wasn't ready until I arrived). My $50 that I am owed from my reservation not being held was never given to me, but now stated that it will be for store credit on my NEXT "U-haul need", and I haven't even received that yet. I will not be using U-haul again, and I will be discouraging all family and friends I encounter to use it.MARK H.

My wife made a reservation with this location over the phone. The day of pick up I was told by a representative that she believed I was being overcharged about 40 dollars. She assured me she would take care of it by the time I returned the truck. After returning the truck, I spoke to the same representative on the phone who IMMEDIATELY transferred my call without even letting me finish my sentence. I then sat on hold with two other Uhaul customer service reps, for about 30 minutes, at which point I gave up.savannah R.

This Uhaul outlet looks like a salvage yard. There are wrecked cars and motorcycles parked everywhere. There is no place for customers to park. The office is difficult to find. You have to drive up a narrow unmarked alley to find the office. I will rent from them again.Larry K.

U-Haul could have the desktop "check-in application" flag that the check-in is not complete if the location shows wrong. (Check-in must be done with a portable device, at the check-in location, as it turns out.) I left the trailer at the drop-off on Saturday around 5:30 pm. I went home to check-in on line. On Monday, the trailer was shown checked-in at 9:30 a.m. ON MONDAY, 1.5 days after the trailer was dropped off. The nice lady at customer service told me that my problem was trying to check it in on-line at home (old eyes like BIG screens...). So, whatever you do, check in at the DROP-OFF LOCATION. On-line or in person... no difference.Randall G.

Van smelled like stale cigarettes. Also the office is in a auto rrpair shop so there is no customer parking. I also had to pay for extra mileage since the location that I requested pick up from was changed. That was 32 miles round trip that I had to pay extra for. The van other than the smell, ran well with no problems.Robert K.

Very friendly and helpful people. Hook up chains had grease on them that made for a bit of a clean up problem on hands and clothes but I would definitely go back again. They have me enough instruction to make everything pretty easy.Allen F.

The "check tire pressure" light went on almost immediately. I didn't have any trouble with the tires, but it was a little unsettling. The location was a little hard to find (back behind another building). There needs to be a big sign out in front.Robert B.

Thank goodness for Online Chat!! I did rent over a holiday which is more difficult with office being closed. Called to rent on Saturday and they forgot to put my email in for confirmation. Live Online chat resolved right away and sent me info. Then problem with self check in to get the truck but once again was helped by online chat to get me the keys. Overall, worked for what we needed and glad they do the self service check in/out With 24hr Help for added convenience!Amy L.

I was not asked if I wanted the insurance coverage. I was just charged for it. I was also not told I would be charged d for it or what the per mile rate would be. So I went in thinking I was renting a van for 19.95 and I ended up paying 50.00. Not happy.MATTHEW P.
