JANIE GHi I rented a cargo trailer and the lights were not working properly at the Henderson NV location they sent me to Las Vegas. I cannot believe how big U Haul is and does not have fuses in stock and did not have a fuse for the trailer. I really would appreciate a refund because they put me so behind on my travel time and had to get a hotel and stay another night. I want to put this out there because they said there jobs were on the line and I was promised that it would be corrected in La Vegas
CHRIS AThe gas was lower than they said on pickup. I filled it higher on return. They charged me for gas and I have photographic and video evidence. Further, the truck has a lifter issue and squeaky brakes.
JOSEPH TI came in and rented Uhauls 3 times over the past week. This location was awesome. Staff very nice and accommodating, Uhauls were all clean and well maintained. I will definitely rent from them again in the future.
MELANIE VAbout 100 miles in I had issues. Rented the vehicle for a 2300 mile trip and when I tried to use roadside assistance for AdvanceTrac service, they told me that I could pull into a shop, but it was likely not to fix the cruise control and after the trip was completed, they are not offering any sort of compensation or refund because the website does not specifically state there is cruise control available. Thank you for clarifying that in the future. I will use Penske.

DEREK PEveryone at this location was very kind! Neal gave me some great tips as I have never pulled a trailer with my truck. Neal assured me the equipment was in great shape with new tires which gave me confidence for my long trip! The trailer performed flawlessly! Both ladies in the office were very kind and professional!
KIRK TI used the truck from Anthem U-Haul for 24 miles and put gas into the truck where the line is to tell how much gas was in the tank when I picked it up. I was charged a gas fee because they said I didn’t fill it up exactly where it was when I picked it up. Fo a customer who doesn’t have a gage to measure how can we be exact. I put what I thought was enough gas and where I thought the line was but still got charged. If you want a customer to put gas in exactly then start from full and we can tell a lot easier. I know it doesn’t matter to the owner of the store but I will never use them again because they didn’t even want to help me in this situation. Be better to your customer Anthem U-Haul.

SUSANNE GThe team at this location was amazing!!! Jenny Lynn was very personable and even called me the next day when she had a Auto Transporter come available. I REALLY appreciated this because this location was near my house. Tim helped my nephew and I understand all the hook-ups for 26' truck and trailer. I'm not sure if they understand that their patience, and positive attitude really helps customers like me. I don't drive large trucks and pull trailers often, so having a supportive team at U-haul really helps with the worry associated driving across country. Salamat Jenny Lynn, and thank you Tim!!!
