Whoever it was who helped my mother and I get our trailer, wasn’t professional. She made comments based off of us rescheduling our pick up a couple times because we had problems with our movers. Which, by the way, was none of her business but she made it her business and made us feel guilty for it. Then when paying she waved our card in our face while explaining the process to us. Overall, she made our experience poor. The gentleman who helped put the trailer on our car was amazing. He was very kind and sweet, and very helpful.

The truck was not clean and it had less than 1/4 tank of fuel. The truck should be fully fueled and cleaned before a customer gets it.

The customer service at this location is always A+. The truck was clean and ran well - from the outside the box portion looked like it had been dinged and banged up by a novice driver - sort of humorous actually as we’ve never seen one so beat up. But we get it it didn’t deter from the service or our ability to get our own garage move done

Hi I rented a cargo trailer and the lights were not working properly at the Henderson NV location they sent me to Las Vegas. I cannot believe how big U Haul is and does not have fuses in stock and did not have a fuse for the trailer. I really would appreciate a refund because they put me so behind on my travel time and had to get a hotel and stay another night. I want to put this out there because they said there jobs were on the line and I was promised that it would be corrected in La Vegas

The gas was lower than they said on pickup. I filled it higher on return. They charged me for gas and I have photographic and video evidence. Further, the truck has a lifter issue and squeaky brakes.

I came in and rented Uhauls 3 times over the past week. This location was awesome. Staff very nice and accommodating, Uhauls were all clean and well maintained. I will definitely rent from them again in the future.

About 100 miles in I had issues. Rented the vehicle for a 2300 mile trip and when I tried to use roadside assistance for AdvanceTrac service, they told me that I could pull into a shop, but it was likely not to fix the cruise control and after the trip was completed, they are not offering any sort of compensation or refund because the website does not specifically state there is cruise control available. Thank you for clarifying that in the future. I will use Penske.
