My previous reservation was not with Horizon Ridge U-Haul. I live all the way across town in North Las Vegas. The Decatur U-Haul was where I originally booked for travel Motorcycle trailer when I got there to the Decatur store they did not have my trailer for out of town. They had more than several trailers, but they were all local. I waited there for over two hours and did not leave with a trailer. I was scheduled to leave early that morning with my trailer and could not make my business meeting or business deal. I had waiting for me in the Bay Area. I missed out on money and I’m seeking on a full refund of the trailer. I had to wake up and go to the Horizon Ridge U-Haul Way in Henderson then I had to go back all the way to North Las Vegas and pick up my motorcycle and then head out of town. I did not get to the Bay Area till 10 o’clock that night and miss all. I would appreciate if U-Haul would reach out to me with a full refund $150 is not good enough. This is poor business etiquette on U-Haul not having the equipment I need and signed up for but having the same equipment sitting on a lot that cannot travel at least over 10 trailers sitting there not being used utterly ridiculous.I will be calling first thing Monday morning expecting some answers. I need to talk to somebody. I am outraged missed all my business deals once again. You can look at my account and see the amount of money I’ve spent with you guys. I’m very unhappy. and I need a survey for the Decatur store that’s the store that I’m unhappy with and did not have the equipment. I need so filling out this survey is not a reflection of my unhappiness. This survey is for the Henderson location. They were just fine.

stephanie kStaff was fine very nice Truck was to old for a long distance move the steering shaft was off by 12” tires were low no power windows or locks. The car carrier had new tires but the lights didnt work and i found a 3 inch rusty penny nail on it

RICARDO DWhoever it was who helped my mother and I get our trailer, wasn’t professional. She made comments based off of us rescheduling our pick up a couple times because we had problems with our movers. Which, by the way, was none of her business but she made it her business and made us feel guilty for it. Then when paying she waved our card in our face while explaining the process to us. Overall, she made our experience poor. The gentleman who helped put the trailer on our car was amazing. He was very kind and sweet, and very helpful.

The truck was clean and ran well - from the outside the box portion looked like it had been dinged and banged up by a novice driver - sort of humorous actually as we’ve never seen one so beat up. But we get it it didn’t deter from the service or our ability to get our own garage move done
JANIE GHi I rented a cargo trailer and the lights were not working properly at the Henderson NV location they sent me to Las Vegas. I cannot believe how big U Haul is and does not have fuses in stock and did not have a fuse for the trailer. I really would appreciate a refund because they put me so behind on my travel time and had to get a hotel and stay another night. I want to put this out there because they said there jobs were on the line and I was promised that it would be corrected in La Vegas
CHRIS AThe gas was lower than they said on pickup. I filled it higher on return. They charged me for gas and I have photographic and video evidence. Further, the truck has a lifter issue and squeaky brakes.
JOSEPH TI came in and rented Uhauls 3 times over the past week. This location was awesome. Staff very nice and accommodating, Uhauls were all clean and well maintained. I will definitely rent from them again in the future.
