Put the man who runs this business out of business! He is not ethical in any way. He does not check the vehicles before he rents them to confirm that they have the proper equipment that was requested. He doesn't even check the vehicles for basic safety equipment like seatbelts! The truck showed signs of rat or mouse infestation and reeked of rodent urine. The check engine and traction control lights went off and we returned the truck early because we were grossed out and afraid to drive it anymore. The contracts were signed in someone's car, and not in a building. We received a phone call on the way to picking up the truck 10:01, our scheduled ready time was 10:00, asking when we would be there. Because he was already there waiting for us. I guess he doesn't get to use the inside of the building? I certainly will not be renting from this location again. The truck was awful and the whole situation felt VERY sketchy.Michael P.

Was called the night before and told no one would be available at my appointment timeslot and had to move it up 30 min. Not a massive deal by itself but that wasn't the only setback. A tire was extremely low. I had to drive around to get it fixed up just so I could get situated. I also had to clean out the cab so I didn't get charged as it looked like a hurricane went through it. I was and hour and a half behind schedule due to the pickup change and tire. Cleaning out the cab was at the end of the trip but still was a pain. Could have at least vacuumed up the last person's mess before handing it off to me.. All the little things add up when you are already stressed.Robert L.

I made a reservation for a trailer at a location and a couple days before I was told that it wasn't available and was told I would have to find a different location to reserve the trailer. I was forced to do the job you guys were supposed to do and I was told I was able to reserve a trailer they didn't even have available to lend out.Todd C.

The Uhaul had leaks in the trailer and the cab area. We had to move in rainy weather. All of our boxes got very wet, and some items were impacted. Also, the passenger got completely drenched. We were highly disappointed.Gregory K.

Inform customers when a drop-off location is not available and provide them with an opportunity to choose another one. Also, do not allow overnight drop-offs at locations that were not pre-scheduled. We were scheduled to drop off our Uhaul at a particular location, but when we arrived we were informed that they did not have the space or capacity for another 26' Super Mover. We then called the Uhaul help desk and were informed that it was not functioning properly and needed to call back at a later time. This was a bit frustrating as we were seeking to abide by our contract and return our Uhaul to the proper location before our deadline.RUSSELL W.

Not really this locations problem. But I had a uhaul dealer about 4 miles from where I was moving and in between the old house and new house but had to drive 30 minutes each way because they didn't have any trucks. So basically I lost time and had to pay more In mileage. But if I was closer to this location I would use them again.Dave H.

Needed the uhaul for 6am, but it wasn't available until 9am. We arrived at 9, but the uhaul hadn't been checked in yet, so we left the store by 9:45. The stuff was super friendly and helpful, but the delay was frustrating and resulted in us working in mid day heat versus being done with the move.Megan M.

The guy there, it's a gas station with a crappy office in back room, was supposed to be there at 9 am. We were on a pretty tight schedule so when he didn't show until 930, we were pretty irritated. Not much apology, just excuses. He spent more time talking to ladies at the counter and some random guy who came in than getting us set up. Well, I get told by customer services when I call in they will charge me $94 per they and my allowed for mileage is 175 miles and I drove only 170 miles. They end up changing me 178 .32, I think I got rob. You tell me something and changed me different from what I should pay.Khan N.

Not much other than u-haul updates should be done at the midnight hours instead of day time hours. The updating too up my time and had issues with trying to complete the rental. I was from another state. I made the reservation on the phone. Then checking out the equipment was time consuming. But the representative was very nice and cordial. Thank you. Had to travel out of my area last minute to pick up a truck I reserved weeks ahead of time because our local location didn't have any trucks. Was told we would get an additional day and 50 miles for the inconvenience. Drove 25 minutes out of the way to pick up the truck, the owner Dave seemed nice and although we were supposed to return the truck to a location close to where we were moving, he asked that we return the truck back to his location and he would give us additional miles to do so. All was good, returned the truck the next day. Dave was not on-site when we returned. Our debit card was authorized $208 when our total should've been $114, but Dave assured us that the hold would come off and we would only pay the $114 once the truck was returned. That did not happen, uhaul charged us $254 once the original hold came off. Called Dave and he assured a credit of $112 and we received another receipt showing we would get the credit. Never received the credit, called uhaul cust Svc on day 4 after the return and was told give it another 2 days. Two more days and no refund. Called cust Svc again and was told Dave entered in the system that he gave us a cash refund ....which he never did. Called Ken the area manager he says he spoke to Dave and we can pick up the cash refund from his location. Dave kept trying to avoid us and giving us our money. Dave said to meet him at a certain time at his location and he would refund. We did, he immediately got rude and nasty with my husband and said he was not giving us the money and proceeds to yell and cuss at my husband all while his son is setting there who couldn't be more than 10 yrs old. Finally got the cash from him and called Ken to report what just happened and Ken proceeds to tell us that it was our fault. Dave is crazy, unprofessional and a thief. Do not use this location unless you want to be disrespected and be charged double and play heck trying to get your money back! We will never use Uhaul again! Worst experience I've ever hadGene D.
