I was told it would be about 60$ dollars to rent the trailer for the night. I rented it just before closing and said I would bring it back that night. I brought it back that night and the gate was locked, there was a sign on the gate saying â€œif after hours drop trailer off in at&t parking lotâ€. But there was no at&t next door. I brought the trailer back home and returned it the next day. I asked where I was suppose to return the trailer and they told me it was the business next door that used to be a at&t. Now I got a text saying I owe 130$ dollars. I would have left the trailer if the sign on the gate told me the correct place to return it. They need to change the sign on the gate so that people know where to return the trailers after hours.GARRISON C.

The original size uhaul and location did not have what we reserved. We spent hours trying to find a uhaul and dolly and was sent to several locations. Spent 3 hours trying to get uhaul and equipment. Then had remake multiple trips because we had to take a smaller truck. Really made us spend more time than expected. I'm a single pregnant mother of 4 and this was the worst experience for me and my family.Marcia M.

The corporate computer would not connect to complete my contract. Finally, the attendant was able to get cust serv on the phone and create a phone rental.The truck sticker said it was inspected in August 20. I doubt it. The ignition switch was a continual hassle getting it to work... wiggling the gear shift nor the switch itself helped. Sometimes, 20 attempts at turning the key to get it started. The check engine light was on when I took the truck, advivse the attendant, she said go ahead and drive it. When i returned it, the attendant asked if the truck ran ok, it did, and she put it back in line. Gas mileage was terrible. About 8 mpg. When I got back to the rental company, they were gone to a funeral so I attempted to call customer service. Waited on line till I got tired, downloaded the Uhaul app and tried to check out, the app would not accept my position even tho I had the location app on. Here's a hint, your computer sstem needs attention of a renter to try i tout. Your turck inspector oughta be checked to see what he checked when he sign that ticket on the door jam. We're moving just 20 miles away and have used this location twice to move small things to put away before the big move. They are aways friendly and the location is ideal.Fran H.
I rented the truck for 160 miles. I drove 114 miles. Got charged for 374 miles over. I went back and they said they would issue a refund but instead they charged me a 2nd time. I will be going back again to try and resolve the issue.Joshua H.

The representative verified the bent pin by using a hammer to get it out. She checked us in clear and put the trailer in for repair. She said She can't issue a refund at her faculty since she is just a pick up/drop off location. She suggested reporting issues in the survey.Theresa C.
At first glance the truck was clean BUT upon driving it had just been wiped down at best. The cup holders were nasty and when we started cleaning it took us an hour to really get the dirt off all the surfaces. With things the way they are today I would expect a better job cleaning. The truck itself was fine. Just way to big for what we needed. It would be have better if they called and asked if moving you up to a bigger truck was ok before just telling you that's all they have when I checked in the day before. An upgrade at no charge is not always an upgrade. We had to trim trees and use a different loading spot because the bigger truck would not fit.nathan B.

I rented a $20 a day truck kept it for 2 hours and had $45 service fees I did not fold the 10 pads that I had but I'm disappointed in that much service fee on that truckJeremy O.

The truck I reserved was not available so I had to rent a larger one. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and as it turned out I needed the larger truck anyway. Your employee made the whole experience as quick and easy as possible. I would not hesitate to use U-haul again or recommend this location.David R.

The owner was there on time, had problems with his card reader only to find out that the keys to the truck had been placed in the wrong location but during the whole time stayed positive, resolved the issue and got us on our way while following protocol in view of the coronavirus pandemic Kudos to a job well done and I'd recommend this location to anyoneJames N.

The girl who waited on us seemed to be having a bad day. She seemed frustrated and when the credit card terminal froze, she snapped at me and said, â€œdon't touch it again!â€ Then told me to use the pen. It still didn't work. My son and I walked out and he said, â€œI held my tongue, but I was not happy how she spoke to you.â€ Anyway, she ma be a nice person, but her tone was a bit harsh.Darlene S.
Don't use the app. If you get disconnected from it, you're screwed unless you are willing to wait for phone customer service, which takes a while. Worst thing -- you have to take several pictures of the inside and outside of the vehicle when you're done. You've just had a long day of moving -- but you ain't done yet! Better be sure your phone is charged if you're using the app. Terrible hassle.Adam H.

Make it more clear that there is no EZ ramp on the 10' truck. We changed the location of the drop off when we picked the UHaul up. We appreciated the UHaul rep telling us that it would save us $50 to drop off at the alternate location. However, the technology glitch that would not show the new location on our order caused us about 15 minutes of wait time at both the pickup and drop off locations.Sally H.
