I made sure I returned the truck with the same amount of gas as I took it and they still charged me for gas. They pretty much stole from me.

Again, this location was my only choice for a return but the UHAUL STORE was 1 block up the road from this subcontractor company... UHAUL wanted to charge me a fee to drop it there.... TERRIBLE COORDINATION ....

Customer service was great. Clean truck Inside and out Great condition. Fueled at time of pickup Contact was fully explained prior to rental By customer service rep at pick up location. i reserved the truck online and answered all questions and selected all equipment and extra insurance. When I arrived to pickup the truck I had to go through the whole process all over again, making the online process worthless. They did not have a furniture dolly available even though I requested one when I reserved online.

My experience was terrible , other than the andersons towing location. The location I originally booked for the man was very rude. I asked him to cancel my reservation because I didn't want to put up with being treated this way and walked out, he yelled at me the entire time I walked out then even called to harass me after. I went to the andersons towing location in tears, and reanna was a huge Help. She didn't have the truck I was looking for but did the best she could and the truck we rented got the job done. I was told I was having a credit applied since the man before had giving unacceptable behavior that the U-HAUL company didn't approve of. I never received this credit, I paid my invoice in full, then a week later received an email saying I had an unpaid amount of 45$ with a 30$ fee and if I didn't pay immediately they would be contacting and lawyer and sending me to collections (WTF) I paid my bill. So I contacted Anderson's towing, and again Reanna comforted me and told me she would do her best to handle the situation. Currently awaiting her returned phone call. Bottom line, this experience was terrible, but if I didn't have help from Anderson's towing, it would have been even worse.

YOU GUY'S WERE THE BEST #1 IN STOCKTON AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH GREAT HUMOR AND LAUGHTER CAME RIGHT ON TIME FOR ME THROUGH HAVING A BAD DAY. YOU GUY'S WERE SO KIND AND VERY NICE. I LOVE ANDERSON TOWING #1 THE BEST . GOD BLESS YOU ALL & THANK YOU FOR SUCH REMARKABLE SERVICE ??
