The u-haul itself was fine but I set up my reservation time for 12:30. When I arrived at 12:30, it took a full half hour to finish the rental process (i.e. taking photos of different parts of the van, taking photos of myself and my license, getting the keys from inside the store). On top of that, the app makes you verify who you are by putting in another person's contact info and waiting for the company to call them to verify. It took so long that I literally missed a half hour of my rental time. I had only rented the van for two hours but then, I had to pay to extend the time because of that missing half hour. If I knew that it would have taken so long to get everything set up, I would have arrived much earlier and began my rental later. This is something that people should be warned about when renting a u-haul because it end up costing more to extend the time, and it ends up wasting your time.

KEVIN DAlex , was awesome and a delight to work with . I actually called first ti reserve or see if I could walk in to pick up a truck . He advised me to go one to make reservation and stop by so I did and 20 min later I was off and back. The cleanliness mark was due only to something white in the dash area and wrapper on the floor . Other wise everything was perfect from begin to end

TONY DThere were no fluids in the car as far as coolant, power steering, and transmission fluid. The truck felt like the transmission was slipping. It was dirty when I picked up and completely on empty. However, the employee that serviced me was fantastic and amazing. I've tried to get a refund and have been denied.
CHELSEY DUHaul needs to invest in better technology to give to their agents. The woman i was dealing with should have been to scan my license into the system at the location. Also, text or email any forms or additional documents as soon as the customer e-signs not two days later. I lost almost an hour because of that.
SEAN PIt said I could drop off any time, had to create account, account asked me to drop the keys in a Dropbox but there is not a Dropbox in sight. The area is dirty and there are dogs running around at night.
