My experience I first tried to set up the pickup much closer to my home, but something was broken and they sent me to another place. I don't know whether or not to blame those people or not - they were very kind. The lever to move the seat forward was broken off and didn't work and the steering wasn't adjustable, both of which made it undriveable for me - I'm 5'2". I had to find the nearest Walmart to buy cushions so I could drive it for any distance. The visor was broken off it's hook, which made me have to adjust it when it bounced into my field of vision EVERY time hit a bump. My price was adjusted for driving to the new pickup spot (thank you) and the truck was clean and didn't break down.
