The person working there told me it was out back and didn't show it to me. I had to move a car hauler out of the way myself in order to back up to the trailer. He did not install it and only helped me when I pulled it up front of the store.Christopher N.

The vehicle was turned in much earlier than expected. And we dropped it off early. We were charged 20.00 extra for dropping it off early. There was no one there and we dropped off the key in the night drop off box. I think you try to squeeze as much money from your customers. I will not be using U-haul unless I really need too. Remember DO NOT DROP OFF EARLY THEY WILL CHARGE YOU.....Called in the morning to notify about early drop off no answer all day. But they did charge me for early drop off......Blanca T.

Cancel this vendor contract and find another partner. Staff was present when I dropped off my rental at 3 pm on Saturday. I was told to drop the keys in a box instead of them checking in my truck. They were not open on Sunday so I called Monday Morning to check my status. I was told it had been checked in and was ok. When I expressed my displeasure I was told they always tell people to put the truck keys on the box, and then they check them in when they have time.David W.

Gentleman was extremely rude, he couldn't provide the blankets that was on our contract... no tape, boxes or the plastic wrap... had to go to another location to get all of that stuff. The uhaul truck was nasty, it had not been cleaned at all, inside or outside.Troy A.

When I opened the back of the truck, there was animal feces inside. Poor service. The absolute worst experience with any moving company I've ever had. Not just this location, but the entire U-Haul staff. On multiple occasions they made errors resulting in excessive wait times, Incorrect information regarding return times, and insufficient equipment. I was hung up on or disconnected on multiple occasions. I don't see myself doing business ever again with U-Haul.Richard P.
The rental itself was excellent. The website was useless. I ended up chatting u-haul to search for locations and the phone numbers I was given were not answered. I was told "to go by the location and ask". In this times, that is the last thing i would want to do! I might as well drive down the road and stop everywhere I see a u-haul sign and ask!Reinaldo C.

Very poor U-Haul location and the guy was late getting to work did not even have my reservation in his system that I made a week prior he also did not have my equipment and I had to go to another location to pick that up after renting the uhaul he did not even get my name right on the paperwork then after I told him the mileage to my new house then to drop off the uhaul it would be more then 71 miles he said he added 20 miles for the pickup of the extra equipment then changed the mileage to 160 miles as it was 27 miles just to return the uhaul He never emailed me a copy of my agreement or any paperwork all I got was a text message about drop off and even that was wrong it said yesterday on Sunday and the guy here told me they are closed bring it back on Monday by 8pm Worst uhaul experience I have ever hadjashua S.

The location is very run down and could use a good cleaning and painting BUT the gentleman was very friendly and helped us out. I had a truck reserved from Bell Tire but the people there gave my truck to someone else while i was standing there! Even though I had a reservation for over a week and spoke to the guy twice the week I was to pick it up. Bell Tire should NOT be a location for UHaul. the husband and wife running the place are incompetent.lorrie A.

I booked my reservation with Ave O Bell tires. I did not get any notification that the reservation was changed. My husband drove to bonham texas because I did not get told we had a different reservation he did not get home to our new house until 1:30 am. I am so upset with uhaul. The man did give my husband $50.00 off but that was not enough because u-haul did not send me a change where I would pick up. I am so angry with this experience.Wendy C.
