The associate helping me was incredibly nice and understanding. It was pouring rain outside at the time of pickup and she went an extra mile getting the truck pulled up closer as well as getting the keys from the outside lockbox so I didn't have to do it all in the rain.Brandon P.

It will be outstanding if my refund comes through as it should. I paid for two days, since I didn't expect to return it within two hours, but the group worked quickly and I was able to return it before the 1:00 pm deadline, but she was not able to make the refund on my credit card. But that is supposed to be done and emailed to me. If so, GREAT!John E.

Gas guage was listed as 3/4 tank, after driving less than a mile or dropped to between 1/2 and 5/8. drove 27 miles, took almost 4 gallons to get back to 3/4. No adjustment made. Late on returning after lunch almost 20 minutes.Gary G.

I rented a 15' truck and car carrier. I arrived and I was told by the only employee at the facility that I would have to hook up my car carrier myself because she didn't know how??? I also had to hook up my car by myself with no assistance. Do you know how hard it is to hook up a trailer by yourself?? I then had to drive the trailer out of a facility that is obviously no intended for a car carrier since I had to make a 90 degree turn with no ability to straighten out the carrier and there were security gates and concrete posts on all sides -- it took me over an hour in the heat.David L.
It is a bad area in town and would not have gone here by choice. I was forced to use this location because there was a lack of trucks at my preferred UHaul location. Also a dolly was not provided when I requested one and will be working to refund that portion on my bill. Much worse than my other UHaul experiences but will continue to use the 18th & Cummings location.Jacob M.

Staff was great and tried to help. Online reservation is not acceptable. I needed 2 Dolly's and neither were available at the location or anywhere she called. We would have made other arrangements had we known. This misrepresentation of availability needs to be remedied if you plan to keep customers.Whitney F.
In terms of "clean," the truck had clearly been smoked in recently which I did not think was allowed? But I would rather comment on my van NOT being available and having to drive to two locations before I was able to get a truck that was bigger than I wanted. The reservation process was disappointing for sure...and then the U-Haul website was down and so the customer service agent at the place had to keep me waiting through no fault of her own. I was finally on my way with a vehicle at 9:50 when it was supposed to be 9:00.ERIKA K.

I rented a 6 x 12 trailer for one day and was told the price would be much less than the 2 day rental cost that was advertised. Well, I was lied to- I had to pay the full two day cost!! The lights did not work right either-no tail or brake lights and yes, I checked my truck-they worked fine. Not impressed with your dishonesty!!!Mike M.
