Although the staff and facility were adequate, I was told over the phone that the garage would fit my trailer. I paid for the first month and admin fee up front but then when I brought my trailer it did not fit. I immediately called to address the issue. I have used uhaul there before a few years ago. All my experiences with them have been great over the last 3 years with different people that I used uhaul and dealt with them. Great customer service. I've used uhaul dozens of times all across the country and the customer service experience is not as great as I experienced in this location. Adam was great as was Shana 3 years ago. When people reserve from storage places the confirmation should include code to get inside. The staff should also have computer up and ready. There was also a piece of wood in the back. The customer service representative said she would send me instructions for mobile pick up and she did not. We go to our location only to find out they were not open and no one was around to help us navigate the mobile pick up. We also needed a code to get back out of the locked gate once the UHaul was picked up and the instructions did not give us that code. We were not adequately prepared for what we needed to do, the location we originally requested was not available.Greg B.
I requested a 15' truck, was given a 10' truck. I requested 10 moving pads, there were none included. The worst part, however, was when I went to pick up the truck. It was inside a gated storage unit facility and the only way to get the instructions for getting inside the facility was to use the app to start the rental process - which normally you don't do until you're AT THE TRUCK, but because I couldn't get to it I had no idea how to get inside the facility. There has GOT to be a way on the app to put the instructions for getting inside the storage facility in a place where a person can access them before beginning the rental process. In addition, there is no phone number at the facility to tell you who to call if you have issues.Andrew B.

I used the express check in and the person there said they have been doing uhaul for four years and never heard of such a thing. I waited outside the gate hitting the call button to let me in for an half hour. Finally went and got a cell phone and called the number on the reservation and was let in the gate. As I was filling out all the paper work that was supposed to be done on the express check in, I was told that the Nebraska State Patrol was pulling over Uhauls and looking for Mexicans. I have no idea why I was being warned about this and did not appreciate it. If I am going to be pulled over for using your product, I will just rent another. For getting the trailer so late, I feel I deserve the $50 guarantee. I would like to be contacted about this.Fred B.

You can take this sight completely off your U-Haul system because the personnel was rude, and the facility was gated in even though the website advertises it as a 24 hour drop off location. I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone ever because of the experience I hadKELSEY K.

The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful. But facility is EXTREMELY difficult to park in. I know you have to lock the gate but the angles available to get the truck in and out of the facility are less than ideal.Adam K.
