When we came to pick up the U-Haul the young man helping us was not friendly and seemed put out we were getting a Uhaul. Then I called and said we would not be back until 8. They said I could drop it off. Got there and it was closed up. Called U-Haul and the location. When on the phone with uhaul I was passed around for an hour. Finally talked to Judy in customer service, she did help us as much as she could. Ended up having to rent a hotel because no one was accommodating until Judy. Though there wasn’t anything she could do. Then dropped the truck off today to find out they didn’t read the mileage right. Drove the truck 89 miles and was charged for 189. Our fault for not catching the mistake on their end in the beginning. I hope to NEVER use U-Haul Again. I will always try and find an alternative method.

This was the cleanest most convenient U-Haul place we found. It is a little bit difficult to pull out onto 377 when it’s busy but honestly I’d take that over some of the places we went to; this place was very professional

Great location for picking up the U -Haul. Friendly folks, FAST check in and check out..................GRRRRRREAT customer service. Driving this particular truck (and we know large trucks handle kinda STIFF)..............I felt like it might be time for a front end alignment---- however, it was a windy day, so that could have been a contributing factor!!!

The spokes and Arrow Feed and ranch supply are very good I write them number one. But I have been working with people in the store for many years with animal needs product supplies. So my experience with them has always been wonderful especially on the Uhaul part because Uhaul was such a pain in the ass and I'm not even lying but Arrow Feed did their job to help make the experience better

The front end linkage was so loose that I almost feared for my life on 2 occasions while driving just 80 miles. The amount of "give" on the steering wheel was frightening to say the least. I told the owner/renter that it was not a fun ride

Even though this location claimed to be 24/7 drop off, their gates to the parking lot were closed and we had to leave the truck parked just off the main highway. Then had to go searching far and wide for the key drop box

I was not able to use the trailer due to how high the trailer is and the angle of the ramps to the flat of the trailer . Told the people at the rental expecting to maybe only have to pay half but no had to pay full price . Not the best experience.

Seriously the best U-Haul rental I’ve ever had! Arrow employees were very helpful & knowledgeable. Would rent a U-Haul here again! U-Haul was out of the truck size I needed but accommodated me with a larger truck for the same price. Overall a very pleasant experience!

They hooked-up a dolly that was totally missing a tail light and had a fender split almost all they way through its width. Then they did not check the light operation. I discovered the issue before leaving...thank goodness. When I informed the store employee of the U-HAUL equipment issue, the employee responded that UHaul equipment condition was not within their control. This was my second visit to Arrow Feed. Last time was for a LP purchase. I waited and waited for assistance. Finally gave-up waiting, entering the feed store to ask for help. When the employee came out, an obviously local customer cut-in between my RV and the LP tank with a pick-up, bed filled with empty LP bottles. The employee (who I had to ask to come out of the store) gave the other customer service before me...so I waited. I will NEVER go back to this location for any service or product. They are NOT a good representation of your company.

First they charged my first debit card and their computer froze up after the charge had gone through then they try to charge it again but this time I had no money because their original money was already taken out by their computer and they said I had to wait up to 10 business days to get that refunded which I did not have because I was moving so I use a Nother debit card to rent A car hauler and they told me multiple times that this charge would be prorated depending on when I returned the vehicle I returned it within less than 24 hours and I have not been prorated anything and they refuse to deal with this as I have called them and they keep giving me your corporate number which is busy every time I try to call it . My contract number is 84323118

I didn't get the dolly I requested and was charged for it and charged $35 for an eighth of a tank of fuel. Ridiculous, will not recommend or use again

He was suppose to reserve another uhaul for me from Tx to Fl for 4 days. When I got the text the day before pickup it was for local and 5 hours. Not sure how you make the mistake when I told him I was duoing the same with the next 26ft as the one I was picking up.

Great people to work with. The rental and return process was very easy and quick. Will definitely use this location again in the future.

We rented 24 blankets, which were not n the truck as promised. My wife had to drive back to the dealer to get blankets, but they only had 13. We were still charged for 24. The trucks suspension is in need of service. The truck listed to the right as we drove down the road and provided a terrible ride. I suspect the passenger side rear leaf springs are shot.

Make sure the trucks are available when requested even after being confirmed three times our truck was not ready until 4 hrs after our pick up time due to them not really being a 24 hr pick up location

Tires looked bald on all trailers, asked for them to change trailers. Ended up getting a flat on one of the extremely bald tires causing us to have to get a different hotel, when the one we booked was already charged to us, we lost time on our trip and had to spend a pretty penny on a room. Maintain the legal amount of tread on all your tires. If it wouldn't pass inspection don't tell a customer it will make it a thousand miles.

Hunter was the rep at a nearby U Haul location who found us a trailer at the rental location. Hunter was exceptionally helpful, as was the fellow at Arrow Feed where we actually rented the trailer. All in all, a very positive experience. Hats off to the fine people at U Haul!!!
