The 26 ft truck was good. I had reserved on line and was expecting the $39 per day plus .71 cents per mile. They don't tell you that is ROUND TRIP! When I picked up the truck I specifically told them the truck would be dropped somewhere else but I was still charged the roundtrip rate! NO ONE told me about the difference in rates when I prepaid. When I dropped the truck, I was told there was a "penalty " of twice the mileage for not returning to original pickup. Also I had reserved 2 doz moving blankets. These were thrown in the truck . Some were DIRTY and covered with loose feed. They had to be cleaned off and the truck swept before we could even start to load. DO NOT RENT FROM "ARROW FEED & RANCH SUPPLY " Granbury, Tx!!!Judy K.

Front tires were balled. When I called them after I left their driveway I was told to call roadside assistance. When I returned the truck in San Antonio, the Uhaul deal on Eckhard Rd could not believe the condition of the tires and said they needed replacing. The truck was disgustingly filthy and I asked the man in Granbury to wash the windshield, he smeared the dirt around more with a slight through tamp paper towel (one). It was dangerous driving with those balled tires 286 miles!!CHRISTINE N.

I was hesitant to even use uhaul because most of the reviews from the pickup sites were not very good. Well, let me set the record straight for Arrow Feed and Ranch Supply. We reserved our truck over the phone through UHaul services. Our truck was ready when we arrived. The guy at the check out counter was super nice as was the guy that drove our truck around to the front of the bldg. He answered my husband's questions and showed him what he needed to know. The truck was super clean and full of gas. The process couldn't have gone any smoother.. I will definitely use Arrow Feed in Granbury again if needed and highly recommend them to you.Peggy G.

I was unaware that each vehicle coming to a location was not inspected by the business excepting the equipment. The truck that was given to us had a bald front driver tire that we didn't notice until after we left the lot. We then had to turn around and go back for a different truck. They were very nice and polite both times we were there but had someone done their job and looked the truck over when it was brought in, we wouldn't have wasted our time taking it back for a better truck.Leona R.
