The cab of the truck is too small. I am only 5'8â€. I had the seat all the way back against the wall and my knees were still cramped.Mark C.

This rental was unacceptable. I had yo drive 40 miles out if my way to pick up the car hauler. Out of 3 city's not one available. The prices you charge for rentals their should be more track of what is where and qtys. Your company is huge and there is no excuse that anyone should have to drive so far to pick up a rental. I have always rented from you guys and im starting to have second thoughts. Penski seems to always have rentals available one there property's. I just dont like there trailersGREGORY D.

Have a sign or parking area clearly marked, the people were great in showing where to park. When you have these large trucks that I had to rent, it can block traffic for others.Regina J.

We were scheduled to pick it up in Eugene and you didn't have what we ordered available supposedly even though there were several on property. This was a major inconvenience and we were told we would have no overage fees for mileage or anything yet you charged us.Brent G.

I had stopped in the day before to make sure that my reservation was correct and a truck would be there for me to pick up. I was told every was ready and truck was clean. When I went to pick it up the door had been left open and several pads were soaking wet. The entire inside was soaked and dripping water due to condensation. She refused to have it dried out. She refused any help at all. Not even a towel. I explained I can't put boxes in a wet truck they will be ruined. She said she didn't care that wasn't her problem. So very rude and unprofessional. She was more annoyed about how she being inconvenienced by the new regulations from home land security. i will never use this location again.Katherine H.

The transport trailer was delved to the location that morning. It could have been delivered to river road location I requested. The trailer was still attached to the u haul truck and parked where I could not get my truck to attach without manually moving trailer. I have 2 herniated disks and I had to pick up and move the trailer to attach. Bad bad serviceTheodore G.

They changed my pick-up location 40 minutes away when I booked almost 1 month in advance! The person who was supposed to be there went home for the day. I had to wait for another employee to come from home. The system kept erroring out and they needed to re-enter my Drivers License number and additional driver 5x before they called the 800 number to get help all while it started to snow and there were no chains for me to rent. We had to wait over an hour for the rain to wash away the snow so we could drive. This was VERY annoying and I was moving, so I lost 5 hours of time because of uhaul. (1 hour to get there, 1.5 hours waiting for system erros, 1 hour waiting for snow to melt and then stuck in traffic which was 1.5 hours to get home).Michelle J.
Mobile phone was a little awkward when picking up truck. They were no other customers at this location. I think pickup would have been easier at that point, than using the mobile phone to input the information needed for the rental. Anyhow, not a bad experience.stormy R.

It took so long to get assistance at the U-Haul desk. When I got the truck it was muddy inside and out. There was mud, dirt, and sand inside the cab. When I asked the person helping me about it she said that's just how they keep them in Veneta and to take a picture of the mud.kenya C.

I called the office where I got the truck and said I would be 15 minutes late getting the truck back. The man on duty said it was ok and that he wouldn't charge us for another day. He was not on duty when i returned the truck and the attendant at that time charged me for a second day plus another day charge for the dolly. When I looked at the total I said it wasn't correct so she called the man who told us we wouldn't have to pay another day. He told me that because it had already gone through the computer that I would have to contact you to get a refund of the extra day charge for the truck and the dolly rental.. I am requesting at this time that you refund me $39.95 plus $7.00 equaling $46.95. Please respond to my e-mail so I know that you got this. Thank you. Gaylon PaynterGaylon P.

We were driving to Florence, Oregon and the Uhaul drop off in Florence was full and had to drive an hour to return the trailer which was hard ... so maybe establishing a bigger return center for Florence would help. Lots of people moving into the area...dori H.

First uhaul rented wasnt there it had been stolen. One they upgraded us to had a dead battery. Finally got one and the next day sheriff's showed up at my house blocking me in checking my id and questioning me to see if i had the stolen 20ft one when i had a 26ft one. Went to return it and didnt get actually checked in until 4 when i dropped keys off at 2.Dulcie P.

When we dropped of the unit in Veneta, the attendent informed us that we could drop the unit off at our own risk. She stated that we had not rented from them, there fore could not drop it there. We told her that it was insured , so she could take care of the issue , herself. We left the trailer. Not very helpful or friendly.CARRIE O.

Service was extremely slow at this location due to individual not being fully competent/confident with the system and the system running very slow. She had to go and ask another clerk to come help and call the help desk several times before I could get my contract.Dan L.

Called in complaint. I had to spend hours cleaning uhaul when we got it home. It was filled with first nails/screws. Beer bottles. Glass and beer spilt everywhere. Got into cab of truck and ash tray was filled with ash! Highly disappointed.crystal V.
