Arrived and was charged a deposit that the uhaul representative failed to mention during my rental phone call. Equipment was buried in snow and according to the gentleman it was in good working condition which was untrue. The lights didn't work properly had to basically drive with my emergency lights the whole way home. When I went to return it I was not given my deposit back, apparently it had to be mailed to me, here I am a week later and nothing yet. Won't be renting from uhaul ever again.
