Couldn't access the online check in. Had to call U-Haul and wait thirty minutes to speak to someone and then transferred to another person and had to wait another thirty minutes!!!! This was after I was supposed to pick up the U-Haul at the location I selected which I couldn't do. I had to drive 35 miles out to get a different truck. Had movers at my house at 8. Was supposed to pick up truck at 7. Did not get the U-Haul until 11:30 which made me pay an extra $600 to the movers. And, when I started the truck, there was 20 miles left to running out of gas which cost me $250 to fill up. Not to mention because leaving much later than I should of if everything was how it was supposed to be, I had to do another night in a hotel. So this trip cost me an extra $1,000 than it should have. I recommend not using this pick up location at all. The man who was there seemed to have no idea at all how to use the uhaul website, even with the central office walking him through each step. I needed to point to what he needed to do on the screen, and tell the person at the central office what was showing or not, on the screen. We were booked for pick up at 9am, the staff member should have arrived well before that in order to have his computer powered up, and been logged in to the system by 9am, instead of only arriving to open the office at 9. Very frustrating exercise which took way longer than it shouldSally G.
The truck had not been cleaned since it was dropped off by the last customer. The windshield and front of the truck was covered in bugs.Darrel F.
Never again will I use U-Haul. Initial pick up was at a different location however that truck was unsuccessfully dispatched due to the mobile pick up app. Customer service couldn't figure out the issue. We wasted over an hour standing at a truck we couldn't use, couldn't find the lock box, customer service didn't know either. Needless to say we had to be directed to a different facility that was out of the way and was at a dirty shabby used thrift store where the owner also rented U-Hauls. His computer was down and had to call in to dispatch the truck. This took another hour. It took 2.5hrs to finally get a truck. This truck had less than a 1/4 tank of gas as well.Keith S.
Made a reservation and was told they didn't have that size truck and offered a bigger unit. I was originally to pick up at one location in Chandler and return in AZ City. Because Uhaul didn't have the truck I reserved, I had to pick up in another location in Chandler and drop off in Casa Grande. I just received an Email for an extra charge for over mileage. Ridiculous! Not much money but that's the point.Clayton G.

I had to do all the work. The person behind the desk just told me to enter all the information on the computer. I also hooked up the trailer by myself. I would never recommend this place. Jacob was lazy.John K.

My hitch pin wouldn't fit through the receiver and trailer. This team got together and found one in their shop that would fit. This saved me valuable time and was greatly appreciated!Joey C.

Calling the 800# on the other hand always messes up my future interest in the company as a whole. This is where I always get poor customer service and little to no help. It was nerve racking just to drop off the trailer to this location.Sabrina S.
