philip L.The three dollys I reserved were not in the truck when I picked it up. If I hadn't checked before leaving I wouldn't have known. If I had picked the truck up when they weren't open, I wouldn't have had them. I had to call them in order to get them. Also there was damage on the truck that wasn't noted in the pictures. Lastly, when I checked to extend my rental I couldn't because someone else had the truck reserved at 6:30 (30 minutes after I was supposed to return it). How does the truck get cleaned, inspected, the items the other people wanted included get added/removed from my truck in 30 minutes? By the way there was another 15' truck identical to the one I had sitting there when I picked mine up and dropped mine off.

LARRY G.When filling out paperwork I asked multiple times if it mattered where I returned the 6x12 enclosed trailer that I rented. Was told that I wouldn't be charged by taking it to any authorized uhaul dealership. Went and returned it and was almost charged $175 wrong return location fee. After specifically asking multiple times if it was fine to do so. Called and left multiple voicemails, never heard anything back from them. Hearn Monuments is where I returned the trailer here in Carrolton and they were amazing to work with, very professional and had the $175 fee waived for me. Highly recommend them for renting any uhaul service.

Shereka N.No one there. Never answered. No military discount on military move. $425 for one day and since I'm visiting family for longer than 4 days, it's “cheaper “ to rent again ($350 for one day) to finish the move. Total = almost $800 for 2 days on a move with military orders. Criminal.

Belinda put a sticker to mark the previous damage. The sticker blew off on my trip home. Tried to make contact with the drop off location and no one would answer my calls. Very frustrating. Do not want to be charged for the dent thanks.
Brad B.I made my reservation on the app. Expecting to use the app. I was met with upon check in to get the truck, app would not work. Had to wait for the place to open. Long story because it got worse and worse. In the end I was charged 409.00 to my chase got a 19.99 day truck, put gas in, drove it back to pick up area, because could not find a drop off area, app not working. Called uhaul, called customer service, told Simone as a manager would call me mMonday, did not happen, tried calling the U-Haul location I picked up x2 with no answers, left voicemail to call me but did get the 409.00 charged to my chase card. Willing to pay 10,000 dollars to fight the charge, it's called principal. You call it a contract, all contracts on both ends has to be held up to be binding. Too horrible experience to pay 400.00!!

Tyler T.I opted for a virtual pick-up, which went smoothly until I discovered that the 24 furniture pads were not in the truck. I went to the store front and it was locked. The store hours indicated “by appointment.†I called the location's phone number which went directly to voicemail. When I attempted to leave a message, the mailbox was full and could not accept my message. I then called a general number to be informed that they could only assist with emergencies. This caused a tremendous delay in my move and I had to pay movers to basically stand by wile I attempted to remedy the situation.

You the charges me by the mile to drive back to my original choice, where several truck were parked. Not happy with service
