Their phone message said they were closed on mondays, which was the day I had arranged for my move. This put me in a tail spin and huge anxiety Sunday night. Finally figured I could do my checkin by phone, but was very uncomfortable doing it. When I got there they WERE open. Trash from the previous renter remained in the cab of the vehicle when I picked it up. During the drive from TX to MO, several dashboard indicators appeared. Check engine, ABS, and Traction Control indicators remained lit during most of the drive.Dale R.

I am immunocompromised!! I saw 4 employees including the manager walking around the whole hour and a half that I was there with no mask. No one apologize for not having their mask on, no one had a mask around their neck. This was clearly a-okay with the management. I was clearly out numbered by all the male employees who were not following city ordinance for mask wearing, so I felt intimidated to say anything about it and concerned that they would give me bad equipment if I did. We were driving my daughter to her university which has strict COVID guidelines including mandatory testing upon arrival. They not only could have given me the virus and killed me but potentially could have caused my daughter to have to quarantine for two weeks. I should have just walked out of there but I was in a time crunch, and I had already been exposed to them anyway at that point!! Consider yourselves lucky I didn't have time to post all over local social media or call the authorities on you. Shame on you!!SHARON V.

The right side brake light/turn signal was broken. When I arrived in Waco from Austin, the right front tire had only 26 psi of air pressure. Almost flat. It should have had 80 psi.William B.

Overall, I like this location and the service is always great! I love the no hassle weekend return. However, this time the Trailer I received was old and had not been cleaned after previous use. 2 tires were low on tread, but I did not notice until I found one of the tires to be flat at one of the stops on my 1500 mile journey.Susan R.
Lift gate had no hydraulic fluid was like lifting the entire trailer. Was charged $20.00 for an after charge on Monday at noon. Not my fault they aren't open on a regular business day. If it wasn't that I needed that trailer I wouldn't have rented from this place with all their Trump signs.Kurt L.
The truck I picked up was absolutely filthy. Trash and spilled drink covering the inside of the cab and the cargo space was filled with dirt, trash, and old toothbrushes.. Disgusting. Truck was dirty..both up front and in the bed..alot of trash, cans, dirt and other stuff. Also someone left food in the bottom of the floor. No parking for customers at the location. I won't rent from uhaul again.PATRICK M.
I paid for 36 pads and the night before went to first reservation the day before to confirm that things were in order. Didn't have the pads and was told I needed to check with other uhaul locations to find them...last thing I had time for! Wife and I spent over an hour calling around to find some. Horrible experience.....will never use again!!!!!Patrick G.
I dropped the unit off at their night drop and then for 2 weeks received calls from UHaul wanting to know when I was bringing the trailer back. They (Austin Boars and Motors) obviously failed to record receipt of the trailer and update inventory records. I would not use them again.Anthony W.

no place to park, returning vehicle extremely dangerous along RR620Patrick Z.
1. Truck had warning lights on, and Agent said "they are just defective, it's ok to take the truck." 2. Because of the warning lights, the speedometer (for mileage) did not display. I told them when I picked up the truck that I would need it for less than 13 miles. When I returned it, NOT knowing how many miles I used the truck, I used google maps to trace my route. I used 11.7 miles. 3. I had the truck for 3 hours, to move a refrigerator, on 8-29-20. I returned the truck just as I had picked it up. NO one came out to check the truck in. (They would not be able to know the mileage without fixing the display). The counter agent simply said, "everything is o.k., we will send you an invoice" 4. I received the invoice. I WAS CHARGED $25 CLEANING FEE, which should not be charged, as I never put anything except the refrigerator into the truck. It was a clean as when I picked it up. I need a refund for this charge. Credit Due = $25 I was not given credit for the 1.3 miles that I did not drive. 5. They are closed on SUN-MON, so I can't reach them to disputed the invoice. Their Voicemail IS FULL, so you cannot leave a message. What a POOR representative of UHaul. They were unorganized. The contactless check in did not function so there was more interaction with staff than anticipated. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. None of the equipment and supplies were in the truck. Had to make a 15 mile return trip to get those itemsjon A.

Drop off after hours was impossible. the area was small and filled with other drop offs. I had to wait until sunlight to try again and it took my son and I over 2 hours to figure out a way to do it and Uhaul would not let us drop it off at a nearby Uhaul location with the space. This resulted in an extra day charged on my credit card...because I had no safe way of dropping it off at this location.martin J.

At least wipe down the drivers area and sweep out the cab. This truck even had blankets and boxes strewn throughout the cargo area that I did not request to utilize. An unforeseen obstacle that cost me time and money. Prior to leaving we also had to check the tire pressure due to a low tire sensor light that was illuminated on the dash.MAYO W.
