Charged $179.22 for a 4.5hr rental of 64.2 miles for a 15 foot truck, when I should have been charged $103.10 plus HST of $13.40 for a total of $116.50 not $179.22. I am expecting a $62.71 refund. Plus I added $25.00 of gas for a grand total of $204.22 very expensive move for 1 table and six chairs and couple of chandeliers. Thank you

I am really upset that I was sent to 3 different locations to drop off my rental with no communication whether these dealers were open, had space or was even expecting me. The first place I was sent to was not even open. The second place I was sent to had one parking spot and was not available for a drop off. The third place I was sent to didn't even know I was coming .. This experience was extremely disappointing as I wasted half a day trying to return a truck rental with no communication from the call center to locations .. Totally didn't expect this from a company that's been around for some time now ...

I didn't get what I ordered and had to drive over an hour out of my house to pick a open trailer up when I ordered a enclosed trailer and confirmed everything including the location the day before pick up. They did not tell me it had to be back at a time just by the next day so when I went to drop it off they wanted to charge me more even though I spent more money on gas picking the thing up

They just cheat me . They lied to me about fuel and charge me more 15$. The guy was so rude. When he pull out my truck he just hit the other trucks bumper. He doesn't even know how to drive. Bad customer service. And get more money from the people. He just fraud me.... don't go that location. They can charge you with everything and get more money from you. When I returned my rental . I returned around 3.30pm store supposed to be close at 6 pm and nobody was over there. He just accept my return next morning . How can I make sure he didn't drive or just keep engine running for get more money. How can 15 foot truck spend 50$ gas for 140 km mileage. I am done with U-Haul. I'll tell everyone they are trade everyone like this...

Location was very thrown together and disorginized , washroom was the dirtiest thing I've ever seen, the guy who worked there called me 4 hours after renting the trailer demanding an answer of when it would be return because he had another customer there who wished to rent the same trailer. Not a good experience! He kept charging my credit card and also wanted me to pay $138.00 when I dropped the trailer off. So I'm out of pocket $280 for two days of a car carrier trailer!

This location is poorly identified; I have passed by this location for years, and didn't know it was a Uhaul location. Yard is poorly organized, with vehicles scattered all over. Narrow driveway. Helpful people, but I don't know if some even worked there; no uniforms.

It should have been clear from the onset that this location is only mobile check-in. I spent more about an hour to check in and drive off with the van because I wasn't aware of the self-serve process.

Returning was painful you need to keep on top of the locations and a better map of where they are, very difficult to find I didn't see any signs near the road and the one on the building was very small

Get rid of this location or hire new staff. I was yelled at, refused, belittled, and he did not know ‘how' to use his computer. He did not want to refund my cash deposit etc etc. I can go on and on but he used 2.5 hours of my time fighting me and the uhaul lady that was trying to help over the phone- michelle. As well as walking in and out of the office because it “is not his main job. He's a dealer and uhaul is not his problem. He needs to tend to his actual customers.” Get rid of it.

Experienced delayed brake surge with the trailer throughout the trip. I stopped at another u-haul along the way and they could not find the problem. This resulted in anxiety and frustration along the way. Waiting hours for a technician was not an option for me. I told the u haul folks at the drop off location to not let this trailer go without taking a look at the problem as this would cause worry and concern for the next person that rents this. Just glad to have this trailer off my truck. Thanks Jean

I have no issues with the Pick up or drop off location, however I was notified the day before my move that my truck was not available until 5pm of my moving day. I had booked it for 9am, and I booked over a month in advance. I spent hours and hours on the phone with customer service , all through the night, and I was only able to located a truck, over 40 mins...the morning of my move. It was the most stressful interaction i've ever had with a company. I will never recommend UHAUL to anyone looking for a reliable truck for a move. I'm so disappointied with your service.

Size of trailer changed 3 times on me and then went to pick up and nothing was available on site 2 hrs before my trip. Do not process orders if you can't meet demand. Reservations shouldn't change so much in a short span of time! Location assisted us in finding a trailer. Head office is horrible

Service was above and beyond. I needed a small trailer right away and I believe it was the manager on duty who not only helped me with the quick contract he also came outside and helped me hook up the trailer to my truck. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you very much for getting me out of a jam.

The location and the staff were great, the trailer however was a disappointment. Although the trailer was labeled as designed for House moving the opening was too small to take a queen size box spring. The mattress only just squeezed in. I had to put the box spring on the roof of my car, not what I wanted to do.

If you cannot fulfill the pickup location you should let the customer know more than 24 hrs in advance so they may change their travel plans accordingly. Canadian customers who cannot reach a UHaul location directly to speak with staff should be directed to a Canadian call Center not American. And lastly. I believe customers should be offerred a discount when they are notified 24 hrs before their rental of a change in pickup location and time. Ultimately I have learned you cannot rely on a uhaul booking to be what you think you have requested. I will likely consider an alternate or purchase our own trailer. Such a shame. Uhaul is a well known name. I ignored others warnings.

well first off i booked my uhaul at one location ahead of time at weston rd toronto for a pick up at 6PM .I RECIEVE A EMAIL THE DAY OF PICK UP that i have to pick up my rental at another location futher away in brampton so i call to see if i could pick it up a little bit earlier because this would be during rush hour id have to get a rental far away and drive back to the area i used to live. the uhual employee tells me the truck isnt there and to speak to traffic control so i do and then she informs me that they have no trcuks available even at the brampton location so she puts me through to another line to speak to another uhual person after 2 hours and a half of talking to uhaul in total the uhual personal finds me a rental in bolton and she stated i was gonna have 50$ off my rental for the inconvenience of the rental but when i see my credit card bill i never got the 50$ off my bill? i was also over charged 20 $ on my km distance. over all im not happy with the service and billing i was provided with.

Cramped, dirty, people were there and they saw me, but no one offered to help. There wasn't even a clearly marked door as to where someone would enter to rent a trailer. I used the website to return the trailer and left a little annoyed.

Wanted to pick up in Brampton but had to pick up in Bolton. Place was dirty and I had to climb steep stairs. I have difficulty walking and climbing stairs, so this is not the location for physically handicapped people.

The location was great, however the U Haul Business System and Customer Service was below 0 . Get your act together . If you want to know the reason, review the hours I spent on the phone , most of the time waiting for someone to answer, when U Haul screwed up the entire pick up location requested and then sent me to a drop off location ....which had no record I would be returning there. Not a very enjoyable experience and one I will tell all my friends, family and business associates about. If I ran my business .... which by the way rents 60 days worth of trucks every month ..... ( that works out to 2 per day.... every day ) I would be out of business.
