This place looked kind of sketchy and I wasn't even sure if it was the place where I drop the truck but I saw another truck so I pulled in and asked.Eric H.

Trucks were not available and the shop owner may have failed to inform the right people of the situation in a timely manner. Shop owner didn't even offer a place out of the cold to sit. U-Haul themselves had to bring us a truck after we waited in the cold of January for almost 3 hours.Aaron M.

Location did not have pads or dolly. Front of truck was full of garbage. Windshield was damaged when I received truck.Nathan G.

Not enough people to service customers need only employee whos main job is working with the tires is over worked and does not have enough knowledge since he kept referring that his main thing was the tire shop than the U-Haul part of that shop. I asked a few questions on why the truck had certain lights on and was told to call the main number after he explained to me was that the truck oil light was on all the time and he was told that by previous renters of that particular truck. I called as he recommended and was told that they couldn't help me and referred me to the road side assistance who I called and was on the line for about an hour before I hung up. I also didn't get any of the tools that I requested for the move, they only had the truck is what I found out after the fact. Truck is not well maintained and the steering wheel is so old its gummy and leaves residue on the hands.Sam C.
Worst experience i have ever had with Uhaul.jerk at the store was super rude, the truck was filled with used tires and he treated me like it was my fault.Sedgwich W.
I arrived, the balance owed was $198, I gave the person at the location cash to pay off the balance and they were going to â€œemailâ€ the receipt. Well they did not and I haul also charged my account the $200. I will be getting the police involved and reporting this, I took pictures of the u haul guy. You have a literal thief working for your company. I call and hold times are almost a hour so no Luck ever reaching anyone. What a scamBRANDON B.
Truck was in very poor conditions, breaks were very week (had to press all the way to the floor in order for truck to stop). Inside cabin and back of truck was very dirty. (I had to sweep inside of truck before I could move my things in). Gas tank was empty when I picked up the truck (1st thing I had to do was pump gas). I reserved furniture dolly, pads, and appliance dolly (non was provided). No one at this location available to check me in/out or able to properly explain my concerns. The location of the truck pick up looked and smelled like a garbage dump, trash everywhere, broken glass etc. I will never again rent a Uhaul from a "neighborhood" location.LARRY L.

Reserved a truck and they gave it to somebody else. Corporate got involved and helped get us a bigger truck.Robert K.
The system was down all morning, which made it impossible for me to pick up my reservation at a location that was not a U-Haul direct store. So I had to drive 6 miles out of the way to go to a U-Haul store to get my reservation printed out to bring back to the pick up location because the U-Haul location had no trucks. My U-Haul truck was almost left empty on gas. With only a few miles until empty. So I had to go straight to the gas station to fill up wasting even more time. And on top of that it smelled like people have been smoking weed in the truck right before I got in. So I had to drive around a truck all day the smell like weed. Aside from all of those things My experienced was average. And I got done what I needed to get done.Aaron D.

I picked up the truck and it had about Thirty Blankets waded up and thrown on the floor. Blankets I did not order. Second I order a dolly and they did not have one. They did not check my License and verify who I was. I received NO Paper work. They handed me four Keys sets of keys to go out an check which set was for the right truck. Because of the blanket's I got charged a $25 cleaning fee for the Blankets not being folded upon returnDavid V.

My original rental was in Dallas, I reserved the equipment in line, and was given a substitute without my approval. And the nearest location that had the trailer I needed was 36 miles away. Changing my rental location to the place that had what I needed or not accepting my reservation for the original location would of save me from driving over 50 miles before just to get a trailer. Don't damage the vehicle when connecting the trailer, then don't deny it - I was standing right there. Clean the inside of the trailer. Have a printer available so you can actually check in/out the unit - rather than having U-Haul call several times because you didn't submit the paperwork. Overall, U-Haul should take the franchise away from this dump - it was a hell-hole.Mark B.
