When we went to pick up the truck we rented at 8am, it had not been returned yet. It was supposed to be returned the previous day around d 1pm. This was quite inconvenient because we only had a small window to move my mother. We were not able to find another truck in our area the size we needed. 2 1/2 hours later the gentleman, Jeff called and said the truck was back and we could pick it up if we still needed it. We were able to pick it up and everything went fine. Jeff was very nice and down to earth. My only suggestion would be to become more strick on the drop off times or change the drop off window to not overlap the next rental.

The representative was very kind and helpful, the trailer I needed wasn't available but he replaced it with a bigger one so it wouldn't slow down my day and I really appreciate it that great customer service.

I went there about 7 o’clock at night and I think it’s a junkyard and a U-Haul station. We weren’t sure where to park but when we pulled up front to drop off the key, a really nice man came out to the car to get the key from us, he was very friendly but the parking lot was not very lit up and it was kind of scary.

Not to call customers and say they have to pick up earlier than the time they scheduled because they close at the scheduled time and they don’t want to have to work over 5 minutes.

Call the customer once they make an appointment and make sure that customer has the equipment required. For example, a 2-in hitch ball and working light connection for a trailer. I know its common sense, but alot of folks are lacking in that area. I had a good experience, rented good equipment, for a good price. Thank you Sir!

I had rented a 15' trailer drove away and brakes were bad. Returned it and all he had was a 10' . It didn't suit my needs for the day but it was all he had. Was disappointed but was understanding. He said he had alot go out that morning. He corrected my charge . I appreciated. It made things more difficult and was unable to haul what I needed to haul that day. Now I have to depend on friends to help haul the rest of it . Will use this location again I even renewed on line several weeks in advance . Bummer

Lied about the truck being clean and fueled when returned I cleaned and filled it up it was the shittiest truck they had no ramp no dolly to rent or use on it worst uhaul experience I've ever had I'll nvr use them again

My original reservation was with the U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer at 9016 Columbus Road, Mount Vernon, OH. My reservation was for a 7:00AM pick up using the self pickup with key box. When I arrived it became apparent that my reservation was not setup as a self pickup and after approximately 30 minutes of trying I called the 800 number for help. The person on the the other end of the call was able to see that my reservation was actually setup as a in store puck up and the store didn’t open until 10:00AM. They were able to find another Uhaul in the area that had a truck available and was very close by. Very frustrating start but had an acceptable end.

Jeff Huston was awesome; he rescued us. The guy at Teal Deal Auto sales, however, rented us a pickup truck to be picked up on Monday when their office was closed WITHOUT telling us there is no self-discharge on pickup trucks!! The folks on the help line were great and got us across town to w. Gambier street where Jeff was super!!

I didn’t give them 24 hours notice, I found out for sure I needed a uhaul trailer on a Saturday morning, I showed up an hour after I got on line and filled out my information to rent a trailer and of course they hadn’t received it yet when I got there. They helped me through parts of the registration that I hadn’t filled out and got me set up with a trailer quickly. Great people and great to deal with. I highly recommend them. Thanks.

The truck that I had the gas gauge was broken and when asked if I could the money back for the extra gas that I put in because of the gas they told me that uhaul does so that which is ridiculous
