When I returned the trailer to the North Ridgeville location I was told that the electrical plug was damaged. The representative at the Lorain Road location in North Ridgeville ask me if I had hooked it up and I said that the representative at the Sandusky location did. She did not blame me nor charge me any extra but it seemed the plug was damaged. The representative at these Sandusky location was very helpful and was a gentleman. I had a good experience with him. And I do not believe it was his fault that it was broken, it was probably given to him in that condition. The equipment was clean but I said no on the question as to was it well maintained.
