Location of pick up was in Shediac New Brunswick. We drove all the way there to pick up the U-Haul only to have to go all the way back into Monkton and pick up at a different location because the three digit code on the lock box was not working after waiting an hour on hold to speak to somebody. I had paid for a dolly which was never in the vehicle but overall the location in Moncton on Elmwood Drive, the customer service there was great. The vehicle was very clean, but again there was no Dolly. I did not have the option to remove that being as though it was not there, so I was overcharged. Aside from all the errors made the experience with U-Haul was great, and it was returned.

The truck we had needed to be boosted every time we turned it off. Luckily, we had another vehicle with us that could boost it.

It was a rip off. I had the truck for 6 hrs and I only drove to Irish town then to dieppe then back to drop off. I was charged for a full day and charged for 80 km which I did not get refunded. And I was charged waaay more in gas than it should of been. Soo no I'm not happy. My total was $165.

I was scheduled to drop off at Mountain road. This is a great location where you can drop off trailers without having to back up in a narrow lot, etc. I was sent a message ( not even a call) again the day before to tell me to go to the new location. Again I felt like I was being manipulated to drop off equipment where you wanted as opposed to what I wanted. If it was not possible to go to mountain road, it should not of been available as a choice. I asked if I could drop off at the Mountain road location anyway and I was told no, unless I wanted to pay surcharges. Really ? You make changes last minute and the customer gets charged. Not very transparent.
