We lost a tire around our half way mark. The roadside assistance team were great. The trailer was ready to go in time on Sunday morning after mush difficulty finding someone to repair the tire. Although we would prefer not to have a flat tire I think the support and repair went as well as it could have.

Dave BOnly thing was, the u-haul was full of dirt and mud when we got it. Didn’t mind it but took the time of the day when we needed to pack and leave. Maybe start checking inside for clean equipment. That’s all.

CECIL GYour app is terrible. It didn't work picking up and caused delays, then looped on one step when I was trying to return. Dealer was hard to get a hold of and didn't return calls. He didn't provide clear information.

Stacy GIt was very expensive. I could not believe the price of one dollar per kilometer that caused a lot of pain for me since I was moving out of town. Friendly service, the vehicles need to be mechanically serviced as the engine light was on a lot but the most stressful part of my experience was the one dollar per kilometer that was brutal. It turned me off from uhaul forever.
SHARON MAC broke 20mins into my dispatch. Drove 5 hours in a heat wave and through wild fire zones. Very poor experience. No help offered when returning uhaul.

Gil TPulling out of your business in u haul is bit hard as the business next door makes it very hard to see traffic coming do to their parking lot being full of vehicles.

Stephen JThe equipment broke down so my Friday rental wasn’t complete until Tuesday. Rather than getting a replacement I got new rental. The area manager on Saturday told me trailer would be towed to Grand Falls Windsor but when I picked up replacement it wasn’t there. Trailer was an hour away. It’s good that I had the extra time or it would have been a real problem. I’ve rented many before and no problem.

I still appreciate it as I know the staff fixed me up and was extremely friendly , just letting you know about the mess so that I’m not charged for that , not a complaint

BOB MThe van I rented wasn't ready. It was snowed in and would not move , I had to get another van. I was late for my appointment (the reason I had to rent the van) There were empty washer fluid containers on the floor, and the left rear signal light wasn't working. It was just poor service all around. I have rented u-haul from a different location before and was much more satisfied. This time it was terrible. Very dissapointed
Frank FMy overall experience was a disaster from beginning to end. I had to drive 2 hours will really like 3 hrs out of the way. Because of your management who was down right rude and ignorant who promised I get refund but then got to Grandfalls he could not be reached and I have tried to get in contact with no avail. I was promised a refund which I finally got today 2 wks later but was not refunded fuel. No communication what so ever from Christopher Collins who was rude and used foul language very unprofessional.
