roberta k10/10, this is the only place I use for all my Uhaul needs. Mary at the front desk is absolutely AMAZING. She's super sweet and very accommodating. You can tell she loves her job and the reason I'll always recommend this location.

Silvia LThe people at B&M Service Center were great. However, this was 2nd attempt to rent a van as your website is still showing a business at 8848 47th AVe as a location, which it is NOT. The person at 8848 47th Ave stated they were 'shut down by the village' and no longer able to rent vehicles. I incurred additional expense and a day delay due to your system accepting reservations that are unable to be fulfilled.
Paul DIt seemed like this was a shop that has some uhauls contacted that they can rent. Excellent service and the facility looks and feels dedicated to the maintenance of the vehicles. Customer service was terrific and terms were explained clearly.
