I received a dolly and furniture pads with the rental which I did not use or recall requesting. The vehicle also came with the low fuel indicator on. I filled it up to 1/4 tank upon collection.

The automated process of billing does NOT allow for adjustments for things that needs to be changed and having to wait on the phone for an hour and then the phone hangs up is NOT a way to be customer friendly. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the lack of customer service from UHaul and may NOT use you again for my future needs. This survey does NOT capture what could go wrong for you to make any corrections!

Thankfully there was a helpful individual present from another business who at least confirmed to leave trailer in gravel parking lot, only 1 other uhaul vehicle in lot. No paperwork to confirm drop off or conditionupon return, lot not conducive to backing trailer in due to number of parked cars for other businesses in lot.

I'm now 40 minutes behind. Then as the clerk who arrived 40 min late is checking me out he quotes me way higher than my online booking. I didn't order a dolly I say. I also say I don't need it for 2 days. He says to call customer service after I drop it off since I'm returning it to another location and they will help. I drop it off at 4pm and call. I call 614-475-8190 and explain the situation. The customer service rep then disconnects from me . I call back again , get the same rep, and he disconnects again ! I was so mad at this point . I Called and left a 2nd message for Rick Bateman the area manager and haven't heard back. Still waiting to hear back to get my price updated to one days use with no dolly.

The owner proceeded to charge me an extra $55 for fuel charges . I tried calling the owner 3 times and he did not answer my call. I also tried to call the next morning and he did not answer. I was able to have a family member reach out to him and he said that the “truck may have been unleveled†when I filled it up. How can a truck be unleveled??! He was very rude and proceeded to say that he cannot give refunds and hung up on my family member. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

RONDA M.This location is horrible to rent from. They do not have key pick up properly arranged. Therefore only key available via dropbox was 10' van even though 2 15' were in the lot. Caused entire process to take an extra day. You need to clean this up, I bet it's nice to have a bunch of random 3rd party locations but you need to make sure they work logistically for your customers. Unacceptable, won't be using Uhaul again.
Ahmad D.After completing the online order, I was not given a code to unlock the key box. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the manager to come, collect the information again, print the information, sign the agreement before I could get a key.

No one checked or verified my mileage or fuel level. I am very concerned uhaul May come back on me and say something was wrong and try to charge me further. This was the worse UHaul experience ever, the drop off only.
