The guys who attend their treatment there is terrible! In addition, they make you wait while they use personal phones. Please teach customers respect.

BENJAMIN EWe had to spend time at this location that made us late just because their systems first of all was down, they had a truck that was registered and ready for us which was dead because a previous client of theirs that used the truck and dropped it off left the keys in there, then the lady who was at the front helping, said that she will need to move three trucks. I believe that was in the way, which caused overall 15 to 20 minutes of weight and overall we got the truck when we got the truck we had to specifically drive as cautiously as we can not to bump into anything and we had to back out into the driveway that is coming from a highway, and any type of vehicle vehicles can come through, which could’ve been a risk of accident. I had today called and requested a 100% refund due to the inconsistency, reliability, and liability risk for doing their jobs and when call this location and spoken to a supervisor, all what was said was “ you will have to figure this out on your own and call corporate.” which I did. Terrible experience terrible customer service services would not recommend. This is the 4th time that we had an issue at this location ever since 2024 we submitted a complaint to corporate about this location back in September 2024 of them, not listening or needing my needs when they had fuel tanks in front of the way and they couldn’t even move them so we had to as cautiously as possible, which is the same scenario as this one to move away so we don’t hit on anything which caused us to be late again.
ILYA SSince the location is at a gas station, it would be nice if the truck was full upon pick-up. Guessing how to return equipment at 7/16ths is a bit challenging.
Robert WJust seemed very busy for one staff member to help the long line of people. Should have been 2 staff members knowing Saturday mornings in the spring time are busy. Although the main staff member was very nice.
Darlene AI’ve rented from this location before and will again. The guys working there are courteous and informative. Never a problem - it’s easy to get to and easy in and out.

linda lThe exact opposite experience of the junky place where I picked up the unit. Plus, Antonio was extremely pleasant and made the experience of dropping off and checking out seamless and simple. He should give lessons to the folks in Duluth!

Ryan SI rented a 6x12 enclosed trailer to move a gymnastics trampoline (in pieces). The trailer was clean & functioned great. The two employees that helped me with initial information and then guidance getting in & out of the lot were great. This was my 2nd rental from this location, and it was seamless. So now this place uhascover, if I could, there would be no stars, but I got to deal with whatever I got to deal with and they don't know how to read or listen, so, don't go to them because you will get screwed.

Michael HI brought this trailer back the date due but I was a couple hours late. They said it was reserved for someone else. But they charged me for the extra day anyway. How can you charge an extra day and rent to someone else on the same trailer ? If I knew that I was going to be charged the extra day I would have kept it, and finished moving. But I thought I was being nice bringing it back for the other person. I also live about two hours from the rental location, making it more difficult to getting it back. I couldn't find the rental location right away thats why it was late

JOEL BBauer’s staff were very kind and friendly and helped me with all my questions! However the U-Haul app didn’t work to return the van which made it confusing but the Bauers got it taken care of.

CAITLIN RI ordered a truck when a van was better. I left and returned within in a few minutes to ask a change to a van. All went smoothly after that. It would have been helpful to get instructions on operating the vehicle and where gas was to be filled on the van
