Unable to pay cash deposit upon pickup. Does not have capacity to accept cash. Did online check in and selected option to pay at drop off. Had to drive extra 2.5 hrs from original pickup location. Took photo of gas gauge, less gas in vehicle than noted by representative.

Quality control at all sites to maintain that your vehicles are safe and clean. Update your online booking to reflect the proper availability of vehicles at time of booking so client does not get a last minute call to say that the vehicle is not available

I didn't have a very long move but over 400 kms over two days with a big unit. For a weekend rental over two days you should offer 100 free kms per day and you would get more weekend renters. Also should be mandatory that the fuel tank is left full on return.

Waited 2 hours for employee to show up after a confirmed appointment. Truck had 1/4 tank of fuel. Kilometres were marked incorrectly by company and i was charged for 400 kilometres I did not drive! ZERO stars will never use or recommend to anyone!!

Was told on the phone the location was open, I arrived it said it was open but no one was there. Called the number on the door 3 times and no answer. Did not have a smart phone so I could not return online. I left the trailer in the yard. Called U-Haul customer service and was told I cannot return a trailer over the phone and would have to pay a 20$ fee for late return if I did not go back to the location to return it. This is the second time using U-Haul this month and both terrible experiences mostly from customer service on the phone

The area manager needs to stop interfering.was called and told equipment was not there and would have to drive an hour to Marathon to pick up.
