We didn't find out till the last minute that the truck we wanted was over 35 minutes away when we were told there would be a truck in Midland when we went to pick up the truck in Saginaw or Bay City there was no moving blankets and no dolly and we were told we would have 24 moving blankets and a dolly so I had to go to another U-Haul in Midland Michigan and get the dolly and the moving blankets when we picked up the truck it was on half tank of gas when I dropped it off yesterday it was on a half tank of gas and I was still charged $20 so the overall experience was not goodCHRISTOPHER R.

They have no time for haul rentals and act like it's a pain in there ass they want to sell you a ATV that's there thing they let us go with a hitch that did not work it was mine but they hooked it up and said it was fine after 600 miles we were totally frustrated took it into Nothern Supply they looked at it and said not right bought new hitch and we were trouble freeROBERT EDWARD L.

This location is amazing just to go walk through any time. Its an ATV shop love it. The guys handling the drop off for the u-haul lent me their broom to sweep because I forgot mine. I was 15 miles over, but they waived it, because I put more gas in then what was in there when I got it. Thank you guys you were awesome and quick with checking it back in.Michelle G.

Truck was dirty - food/vomit spilled, hardened all over inside driver door, food crumbs on seats, ashes on floor. Windshield caked with bugs. Rough running vehicle. Customer service at pick up was awful - decent at drop off.Vicki R.

Dropped off truck after office closed. Would have liked a stamped receipt, as next day's email from U-Haul showed my drop-off for that morning instead of night before. Did not cause any issues but would have preferred accurate return date and time. Email was appreciated.karen S.

We originally scheduled our truck for Tuesday but had to reschedule for Wednesday. The staff was polite and courteous, but also incompetent. We ordered like 20 furniture blankets, They had 12. We ordered an appliance dolly. They didn't know if they had one or where it was. Their computer was slow and they asked ME what the payment was. They didn't seem to know anything. Nice people but poorly prepared.Steven F.

Truck was not clean, running light in front of cab was hanging and not secure, brakes squealed loudly when braking (brake dust on one of the wheel wells), when pulling out the ramp for the car trailer the ramp did not catch and slammed to the ground on top of my foot.
