When we arrived to get the truck, the code that the u-haul app gave us to open the key box was wrong. We tried for 45 minutes to get it open thinking the lock was rusted, then waited on hold for a while and finally got in customer service chat and they told us the code was incorrect and gave us the correct code. The code we were given was “dirt” and the correct code was “bolt”. Super frustrating since we had three kids in the car waiting with us.
