The check in on the mobile app was confusing. I'm glad the attendant was in the office at time of pickup. The service was very good and kind. I appreciate there patience with me being a first time renter.Deidra W.
We did not return our trailer to the location listed, so our rating relates to the process, not the location. Our rental agreement directed us to a return location that did not exist. We found another location 30 miles away, but they did not take trailers. The second location recommended a third location where we were able to leave the trailer although the location was closed due to illness. We were never directed to, nor did we visit the location from which we received our return receipt. This is the second time that the return location to which we were directed did not exist. Before returning any equipment, call the location to confirm they are still in business. Don't rely on the website or the rental agent. Both have outdated information.DAVID H.
