Note on the website they are closed for lunch and the U-haul app asks for a barcode to scan for 24/7 drop-off, but there was only a QR code which was not accepted by the application.

Trailer tire was completely bald and lead to a blowout costing us valuable time on our move. Customer service on the U-haul end was incredible and got us back on the road, but proper maintenance from the location would have prevented this.

Dont charge me a cleaning fee without telling me , it took important money from me for medication i needed desprately for a infection that could kill me, and becuz you randomly charged me a cleaning fee for a small amount of dirt that we over looked in the passenger side , when we didnt even use the passenger side of the truck at all. and it could of cost me my life, and i payed properly for the truck as i should have. the extra 36 dollars for some cleaning fee was ridiculious. we didnt damage the truck at all and we swept out the back ramp and driver side, unknowly didnt think the passenger side should of been dirty at all. and i put in a dispute for my 25 dollars back. I wouldnt recommend this location since they robbed me for a extra 36 dollars.
