My confirmed reservation for a different location showed different dates in my email vs U-haul's system. I therefore had to speak with FOUR customer service reps and lost TWO HOURS while a professional mover waited at home getting paid for nothing! Ultimately this new location was CLOSED, despite the assurance by the first CS rep they would be open and could adjust my bill with a $50 "Reservation Guarantee" credit. No such thing occurred. On top of being closed, the 24/7 option is absolutely TERRIBLE! Half my need for CS help was due to it not working, and one of the reps even put me "on hold" only to drop me back onto the system so she didn't have to worry about it. In the end, the fourth rep was extremely helpful and assisted with the issue to the end. Last thing about this location...I couldn't enter the security gate to access my vehicle when I dropped it off. Therefore I had to literally trespass over and around a barbed wire gate just to retrieve my car!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! If the $50 credit doesn't show onto my account, I will dispute the entire amount and be sure U-haul gets nothing, which is precisely what they deserve in this case.Mike D.

Lady was rude. Uhaul never sent me confirmation of where my truck would be. So I went to the â€œpreferred locationâ€ I had selected. When I got there, the guy told me I was at the wrong spot, but couldn't tell me where I was supposed to be. The lady at the shop where I was supposed to be called me, she came off as rude over the phone. Had to get another uber to that location. When I got there, the location had lost power and couldn't process my reservation. She told me it was my fault, if I went straight there instead of the other location, I would've been there before power was out. On top of it, I was holding her up apparently. The location closes at 4, but she wanted to leave at 330 (or earlier) because she had weekend plans. Store hours are store hours, if you want to take off early, make sure someone else is there. When I explained that I never received confirmation to go there. She insisted that she personally sent me an email. When I explained that was impossible because I hadn't yet made a reservation on the day that she was insisting she emailed me, she pushed the day back. Again, I still hadn't made the reservation yet on that day, so how did she email me the confirmation? â€œOh I must've done it this morningâ€ except she didn't. And you don't confuse â€œthis morningâ€ with multiple days. I never received confirmation. And now it was my fault. She finally got someone on the phone who could process my reservation from their house. Turns out they switched me to a 15' truck, which wasn't what I ordered. I was disappointed, didn't know if I still wanted it, but she didn't want to even give me 5 minutes to call the person I was helping to ask if we still wanted the truck. I kindly explained that if they called me to tell me where to go, they probably would've also mentioned that they didn't have the truck I wanted and that I would've had plenty of time to weigh my options and decide if I actually wanted what they had. Again, she insisted that she personally sent me confirmation, then finally agreed to give me 5 minutes to make a decision. End result, I'll never use uhaul again, the rental was kind of expensive, but it's 100% her attitude that will keep me away.Kieran K.

Miss Waits was very difficult to work with to put it the nicest way I can say it. You go into that location and read the sign on the counter that says "do not start with me - you will not win." She was the most cantankerous person I have ever been around in my 65 years of life. Also I had to repeat to her over are over my phone number and our visit to that location got so bad at the end that I gave her in wrighting the address and phone number where we were told to return the truck and she messed that up too. Took multiple phone calls and emails to correct Miss Waits multiple errors. We are not happy customers at all with her attitude.......Do yourself a favor are visit this location and you will know first hand.Paul H.

The man and woman who checked me in were excellent. Apparently they are new to UHaul and this was their first truck. Even though they had never done this before, they did a great job and were very professional and helpful.BRANDON H.
Have talked to district manager already. Get people who speak English first, have employees present at rental time that can actually rent equipment, have ink in printer to print receipt, was overcharged by four dollars amount guaranteed on phone and dm and rental agent unable to access guaranteed rate info given to me on phone ($14.95 +tax). Would never go to this location again even if free. Checkout agent was pleasant at least and spoke English.elisabeth M.
Dirty and poorly maintained liquor store. Frequented by people that would have scared me if I had been alone. Staff was nice enough, but I will never step foot in that place again!JOSEPH B.
We dropped the trailer Sunday before dark. We called the location to ask when the closed they she said she was leaving at 3:00 to pull it behind building.. They checked it in Monday at 3:56 an then charged me an extra day..Please refund my money. They do not speak good english say they do not understand we questioned over the phone. Gentleman appeared to be shorthanded on the day of the return. The U-Haul office wasn't manned, so I had to enter the liquor store to return the truck. He sent ME back to the truck twice, once to record the mileage, the other time to move the truck.Donnie B.

ON RETURN OF MY UHAUL TRAILER MAN AT S&G TOOK OUT PAPER FROM CONTRACT, DATED AND SIGNED IT, MADE ME A COPY AND HANDED IT BACK. I HAD TO ASK WHAT TO DO WITH THE TRAILER, AND HE POINTED TO BEHIND THE STORE. HE NEVER CAME OUT OF CHECK THE CONDITION OF TRAILER, CHECK TO SEE THAT I RETURNED THE DOZEN MOVING BLANKETS, OR TO ASSIST WITH TAKING TRAILER OFF MY VEHICLE. SINCE THIS TIME I HAVE RECEIVED TWO TEXT MESSAGES STATING MY UHAUL WAS OVERDUE TO BE RETURNED. I'VE CALLED TWICE AND WAS ASSURED NOT TO WORRY AS S&G WA SLATE IN REGISTERING THE RETURN ON THE UHAUL COMPUTER AND THAT I WOULDN'T BE CHARGED.ALBERT R.

The location was no longer a Uhaul location, however, the man called us to let us know and said he would call a friend in the business to let them know that we had dropped off the truck. I had also called the 800 # to advise them on Saturday, was told that it would be fine, they would send someone to pick up the truck. In the meantime, I received 3 text messages, and my husband received 3 text messages on Sunday, and I recieved 2 (also my husband received 2) on Monday, each time I called the number sent with the text and I called the 800# and was told that it was fine. I was very upset that I kept receiving the messages, telling me that I would be charged.PAMELA H.

Better computer equipment would be nice and we need a location more locally (in Starke or Lawtey) for future use.
