The ladies running it were very nice but the rental place itself looked like an old beat up house and I wasn't even sure I was at the right place. I reserved it at another location and they sent me here to pick it up, which I was very confused about.Jeff H.

They were really nice and friendly and professional. You can tell they are just getting started and not in the nicer part of Lubbock. My experience was good though. The trailer was dirty which is understandable given the weather was bad. The place in McKinney that received the equipment were fine with the shape of the trailer.William F.

There location was very sketchy with no actual business just a building with a uhaul mailbox. The owner's father came outside of a trailer connected to the building with barely pants on and no shoes. We had to wait for almost 30 minutes for her to arrive. The dolly locking latch was broken. The wheel cover was broken and the driver side light was on but no breaking light or blinker which caused us to get pulled over and thankfully given a warning. then when we brought it back we were charged a â€˜cleaning fee' when we had pictures showing it was just as we picked it up.Greg K.

Be straight forward about your prices! When I returned the equipment, the lady tries to tell me I owe more money because I have the wrong car hauler than what her records show. That's my fault? I didn't realize I was running the Uhaul center that gave me the equipment. Why charge a customer for a mistake made by the Uhaul employee? Next, my $100.00 deposit that I was told would be refunded, in whole, to me has now been reduced to $38.00 and the lady's response to that is, " I don't know, that's just what the system is telling me." Again, seems like I'm being charged for Uhaul employee's ignorance of policy and procedure and they smile like I'm just supposed to accept it and move on. The rental ended up costing me around $160.00 more at the time I returned the equipment and I'm still trying to figure out why!SHAWN F.

We had an exceptional experience getting our U-Haul truck from Big Top. The staff was very friendly, prompt, and helpful. They made sure to inform us of all the little details that are often overlooked in the process of renting and using a U-Haul rental. I would highly recommend renting from this location! I could not believe this is a location that represents Uhaul. We showed up to get our van and it was a boarded up building with a RV on the side of it I guess where the owners where living? She was very nice but the van was extremely dirty. When I turned it in I was charged a $25 cleaning fee? You have to be kidding. When I opened the passenger door after I got it a half drank gatoraide bottle fell out. What a joke.Derek D.
