When I reserved the trailer I also requested the pick up location and this was not it. This was a car detail shop that had two u haul trailers. The place was poorly marked and the reservation was completely messed up.

Nichole MThe owner of the location did not show me how to properly hook the trailer up. Also the wiring harness was frayed and so the lights on the trailer were not operating as they should and we had to stop at a different location while moving across the country to get that fixed.
