The truck was dirty when I picked it up (trash in the cargo compartment) and returned cleaner than when I got it. My reservation for 8am was changed from a U-Haul location in coon rapids to this location and switched from counter pick up to truck share. The location wasn’t even open at 8am so I had to wait an hour to get started. Then the employees took a long time to give me the key because they weren’t sure where it was. I would not recommend this location or U-Haul to anyone I know. I finished my rental feeling like I was cheated and over charged. Which I was literally overcharged! Originally I authorized the 15$ safe move package but was charged for the 30$ safe move package on my final receipt. Terrible service all the way through!

Nichole MThe owner of the location did not show me how to properly hook the trailer up. Also the wiring harness was frayed and so the lights on the trailer were not operating as they should and we had to stop at a different location while moving across the country to get that fixed.
