Very convenient for location. This is a local gas station with UHAUL rentals so not a u-haul specific brick and mortar location.. Very good staff in dealing with rental and return. Best gas prices in town !Dean L.

I was charged for returning the truck with less than 1/4 tank of gas. I spent the entire trip from my new housing location to the drop off watching nothing but the gas needle. I returned it with just slightly more than 1/4 tank but was charged the 30 refill fee, and 22 dollars in fuel. Which i am trying to dispute and is unacceptable.Jordan A.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful everywhere; I would recommend them as people! However, I would not recommend U-haul. Over 2.5 hours, across two separate locations to finally get a truck (with movers waiting) that was 11 feet longer than the one needed (although they matched price). Extremely frustrating app and long check in process, along with a 30 minute phone call (there was no key, no on-site contacts) 28 of which were on hold.Kiel W.

Even though the total experience was okay I was having a problem with not being able to pay cash for the remaining balance of the vehicle having said that I had to call customer service three or four times to get them to give me a promissory note just so I can close the case I haven't paid it yet but I'm going to pay it through e alert they should set up a system where you can pay cash or another credit card to finalize the transaction that was very annoying I had to sit on the phone for over an hour to get a representative to Hash this offCeresse M.

I used the uhaul for 3 miles. I put an estimate in for 10 miles and was told I would be reimbursed for the unused mileage. I just received an email and credit card charge for 24 miles. I called within minutes of receiving this notification, and was told the uhaul manager wasn't in. I want my money back as fast as it was taken.brandon B.
I called customer service 3 times after receiving voice mail from sherry (orange location rep) that I could save money by dropping off truck in Hartford. When I called sherry back, she wasn't there and no one was able to answer my question. They kept transferring my call to 4 different operators!arnol L.

the distance between the pick-up and drop off locations was calculated at 160 miles. However, my house is 14 miles in the wrong direction, meaning my final mileage was more than 160 miles. Seems unfair that I got charged for extra mileage when I went nowhere but from the pick-up to my house to the new house to the drop off.Peter U.
I got the tank of gas almost empty and was told to fill it back to the same line im not familure with trucks or how much gas they take and i did alot of trips so i put way to much money in the tank just about filled it up i asked for a refund on the gas or to take some money off the milage and was told NO and that was the end of that so i feel that is terrible on the part of uhaul so i wont use you again or refer uhaul to anyone i know but i will tell them why for sure. it was expensive enough and not to refund me anything was a rotten way to do business.Cheryl L.

Not all my reserved equipment was provided. And since it was later in the evening when I picked it up it was too late for me to get the equipment again because I didn't check until I had already gotten the vehicle home. When I returned the vehicle, the manager apologized and refunded me all the equipment fees even the ones I had paid for. The move was more difficult because the equipment was missing, but it worked in my favor because the other equipment I did use was comped.Scott M.

This may be a long story, but bare with me. When I called them to confirm the location, the guy that answered was great, very accommodated etc. When I dropped off the truck I was greeted with, give me the keys, I then said I am dropping off the truck 2 days early, and she said, why would you do that?? My thought at that point was to ask her, evidently you do not like your job, I am sure a lot of other people that are seeking work would love to have this job. As I walk away I felt that I should of said, I do not want to deal with your negative attitude and ask for her supervisor.Marcel B.

This is simply a gas station with little available parking to leave a vehicle during rental. The person attending patrons getting gas is the same person addressing the rental which created an almost 25 minute check-out even after checking in early online to "cut the time in half." The lady was fins and a noce lady but the circumstances leave a lot to be desired from a customer service perspective.James D.

Mobile Pickup was not available. Women at counter was extremely rude and annoyed when I comly asked what she needed a passport or to verify my employer since I had not experienced this before. Continued being rude and when I calmly said I am just asking a simple question why are you being so rude, she just kept insisting she was not being rude. After a long checkout process I finally got to the truck and was noting scratches on uhaul app and same person seemed to be annoyed I was doing this. This experience was terrible. First, my original appointment was not at this location. I had to get rescheduled to this location because the truck I had reserved wasn't returned on time and there were no back up trucks. During the re-registeration over the phone, I requested up to 3 hours of time. I returned the truck after 2.5 hours and was charged an extra rental. Upon reviewing my email rental agreement, I saw the customer service person only put two hours down; which I couldn't fix because I was already running late from the initial scheduling delay of no truck. Then, later I found fraudulent charges from this location on my credit card (i.e. my credit card was stolen and charges made). I have filed a report and cancelled my card. So, overall this was a terrible experience.Joe O.

I had reserved a 20' truck but was given and charged for a 26' truck... not a problem ..... but it delayed me about 45 minutes in getting on the road because it was not ready for me. Then due to heavy traffic I was delayed not quite hour in returning the truck and discovered I had been automatically charged almost 2 times the rate of the truck. When in fact I had the truck for 8 hours... just not based on the times of my reservation. I always use UHAUL for my moving needs and was highly disappointed in this. The young lady who assisted in securing the refund on that charge was. VERY pleasant and helpful, so I'm grateful for that. But just not happy with this experience.Lois F.
