This rental was from a neighborhood U-haul and was a more laid back and casual experience than at a U-haul only facility. The pickup I rented was great. It fully met my needs. The cost was as expected. No complaints and I will use this location again.
Del G.The site is excellent and conveniently located however, U-Haul policies and use of the Internet in storing licenses and demanding me to turn on locations on my phone is an obstruction of privacy and a risk to identity theft. Please cease requiring both of these issues when I cannot control your servers Under your current policies and procedures

Simon A.Equipment worked as expected, interior of cab looks like it hadn't been cleaned out for a while. Rear door was very difficult to close all the way. Fuel cap indicator was on the dash. Just felt like a worn-out truck. Had requested a smaller truck at a closer location to my home but nothing available had to drive further for it and that put an extra 20 miles on it increasing my total bill.
Brian L.Your truck was in perfect running order, handled well on the road even in windy weather. It is easy to drive and even allowed phone hookup for driving.

Lyle J.Not a lot of small talk which is fine, it's a small local business. Nice enough to hook up my trailer rental for me and check the lights to make sure everything was working properly and sent me on my way. Drop off was fine, just notified them and was on my way.
Max C.I was charged more than what my online confirmation said. Mileage was stated $1.29 per mile and Insurance was $10.00. However, when they emailed me my receipt, I was charged $1.89 per mile and $14.00 for the insurance. Your website should reflect what you will actually pay. I WILL NOT USE U-HAUL AGAIN.

MARSHALL B.When you rent things online on the side of the road customer service and the location should tell you if you do not take it back to that location it's a $385 fee. I have been renting for The Last 5 Years and taking it back to other locations and never have been charged for that. But now I get a surprise. It looks like they might be refunding but I was also told it was $20 a day to rent the trailer and it was actually 40

TOM L.my original reservation was at another location. when i came to pick up they said the trailer wasn't returned. Luckily they were able to find another one in the Marysville location, but it was very frustrating. The Marysville location is great -- Mike assisted perfectly.

Desiree T.The location pickup customer service was very poor. I wasn't greeted or told anything about the drop of procedure, besides park the truck here and drop keys here, apparently there was a link for dropping off the truck. The link itself never worked. Poor.
Brian R.Do not rent Uhaul equipment from them! small space, not really set up to pick up or drop off equipment. Person responsible for my reservation gave me the wrong type of trailer (local rental, when I needed a one-way) and from there it was all downhill. :( It took a number of calls to Uhaul customer service to get things sorted out - BUT the #800 Uhaul customer service person was fabulous and took care of things :)

You need more uhaul reps like them.He don't send you 3 hours away to pick anything up.

jeff R.Your advertising is misleading and can almost be called false advertisement. 19.99 is plastered all over your trucks so i go in thinking 20 dollars plus gas and miles. Then next thing I know my bill is over 60 dollars because you charge me a 20 dollar rental rate then a 20 dollar rental charge. I will never rent a truck or van from uhaul again because of this. This kind of advertisement and business model is awful

Tracy H.I was completely ignored when i entered the premesis. An employee was sitting behind a desk and chatting with another person sitting on the other side of the desk. They were talking about personal things (weather, health, beer). I stood 2 feet away from them for a couple of minutes and neither of them acknowledged that was in the room. I finally had to ask if anyone was interest in helping me. I got all attitude after that. I also reported the rusted out ratchets and the comment was completely ignored.
Bill W.Bones Automotive has terrible customer service. When I went inside to grab the keys for the truck, the guy at the front counter didn't even acknowledge me for a couple of minutes. He was carrying a personal conversation with another customer for several minutes. I had to interrupt the conversation and the guy at the counter looked at me as if I was being rude. Additionally, I had ordered a dolly and it wasn't in the truck. Unprofessional and incompetent. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
