Location extremely hard to find and there are not a lot of cars/vans etc. so you aren’t able to look for a U-Haul center. Would recommend some better signage.

Although they had my reservation a month in advanced, they refused to get my furniture dolly that I had reserved. I went there multiple times before my reservation to make sure they would have it, they said they refused to go get one. Why would the app allow me to reserve one then? I called Uhaul Customer Service and I just kept getting dicked around and transferred back to the store. Uhaul did not want to help resolve the issue. I finally just asked to get the dolly removed from my chargers (this was still before my move), and Uhaul said they would. I STILL GOT CHARGED. This was the wrost experience I've had with uHaul and I've had some pretty bad experiences already. Will never be using this service again. The truck was dirty inside the cabin and there were dents on the outside that I would have been charged for had I not done my due diligence, and I'm sure they were hoping I wouldn't notice.

They charge the wrong amount a huge difference because they mix the trucks and we call to ask for a correction and the person said that they will fixed and then they charge even more. I have the proof of the miles that I started and the miles that I finished and even with that this people put a ridiculous amount of miles on the paper just to get more money and the. Put the excuse that it was a mix up between trucks? First time I use this service and we are so disappointed. We will never recommend this service.

There was broken glass in the back of the truck. I tried cleaning it up the best I could. I also had a little trouble getting the key out of the ignition at times yet I would rent again from this location.

When informed the vehicle had a terrible odor after pick-up. the response was "we will have it detailed when you bring it back". They should have offered another vehicle. When it was returned we informed them of the same issue and no investigation or credit was offered.

This is my third time renting from Brinks Auto Body and I've always been pleased. The staff work hard and are very polite and professional. I've never had any problems, and do recommend them to others.

I was charged $22.00 for gas ..... I don't know why because the tank was filled up to the mark was suposto to and I was still being charge for not be enough ..... I'm not agree but I don't want to argue so I just let go...... not recommend......

No air conditioner for a 10.5hour drive from south Florida taking my recently deceased fathers stuff back to my house is it’s own special hell. Miserable and unacceptable.

The only negative thing that happened was that we had to do the self check-in because we were picking-up the truck early and it it didn't work. We tried to call a Uhaul number but it didn't work, the chat you can talk to an agent while checking in was awfaul, they said we were not approved and turned off the conversation. I don't know why you give an option for self pick-up if it is not going to work and you'll have to wait the shop to be opened anyway to get your truck. The service in the shop was excellent though.

When I came into the office I was the first customer. A young lady just sat there and ignored me. Then a white couple walked in and she immediately got up to serve them as I was invisible. I honestly had to remind her that I was there first. Her response was negative. A person should not be disrespected because of the color of their skin!!!!!!! I was very disappointed.

There was one very manly lady that was rude about checking me out cause she was doing the shop business. So another lady stepped in and offered to help me. It's a body shop that is renting out uhaul trucks. So please ask all your staff to be nicer please. She was intimidating with her butch behavior ????

Truck was banged up I left side of truck Hard to start truck. It took a few turns and had to push key at certain angle to start. Couldn't adjust left mirror due to prior damage it was facing down. I filled the tank to proper level and was charged for gas that I replaced.

Make sure that the phone number that is listed is working. I had to look the business name that rents the Uhaul trucks in order to contact them. Otherwise, this was an excellent service

My son and I were supposed to pick up a truck at Budget in Boca but after an entire half hour of waiting for the guy to field phone calls, help some other fellow in the back, and then his computer system wouldn't work, we finally gave up and went to uHaul. We were in and out with keys in hand as fast as the lady could type our info. And no extra $10 charge for my 27 year old son to drive like Budget's policy. I won't go anywhere else next time but to uHaul! Extremely satisfied!!!

The charge for renting the van for five hours or so was not reflected on what was billed. They billed me more than what the charge came to and I'm not sure why that occurred. Also, the phone at the facility doesn't work. Whenever you try to call them it is a fast busy signal.
