I didnt ask for a dolly, but the truck seemed to bring one. when I returned the truck, I was charged for it even though I never asked for it or used it. Dont really feel like its fair to be charged for something I didnt request nor use.Heinz F.
The people are very helpful there. There was a problem with the UHaul app and it wouldn't let me pick up the truck like it normally does. Brinks Auto was open despite the app telling me to wait until they opened at 7:30 am when it was already 8:30 am. They were so helpful and I was able to pick up my truck, Have used this location a few times and the experience has always been positive.marth K.

My only complaint is that the van basically had no gas in the tank. The alert for low fuel level started pinging after I had driven it about one mile. It's not location's fault but uhaul should have a policy that no vehicle can be returned with less than a minimum amount of gas like 1/4 tank.Martha K.

Hello, On Saturday my boyfriend Clark Beaudoin and I moved into our apartment. When we picked up the uhaul it was leaking from underneath the truck. From where we picked up the truck to the house we were moving from it was a total of 2 miles. Once we loaded up the truck and started driving to the new apartment. Which is another 2 miles. The truck completely shut down. It was overheating. We were stuck on the side of the road and had to walk to the closest auto shop to buy coolant. The truck was supposed to be inspected and made sure all fluid levels are good before people pick it up. It was a horrible and money costing experience. We should get a refund for the entire uhaul itself and a refund on the coolant I had to buy for the truck. We have already messaged corporate And they are looking into this for us.CLARK B.

I had a good experience with Brinks auto Body and paint, the manager was pleasant and so was Dylan. Uhaul has great daily rental rates with good insurance rate while you have the Uhaul. Thanksrebecca R.

Location extremely hard to find and there are not a lot of cars/vans etc. so you aren't able to look for a U-Haul center. Would recommend some better signage.Carlynn J.

Although they had my reservation a month in advanced, they refused to get my furniture dolly that I had reserved. I went there multiple times before my reservation to make sure they would have it, they said they refused to go get one. Why would the app allow me to reserve one then? I called Uhaul Customer Service and I just kept getting dicked around and transferred back to the store. Uhaul did not want to help resolve the issue. I finally just asked to get the dolly removed from my chargers (this was still before my move), and Uhaul said they would. I STILL GOT CHARGED. This was the wrost experience I've had with uHaul and I've had some pretty bad experiences already. Will never be using this service again. The truck was dirty inside the cabin and there were dents on the outside that I would have been charged for had I not done my due diligence, and I'm sure they were hoping I wouldn't notice.LaRae W.

They charge the wrong amount a huge difference because they mix the trucks and we call to ask for a correction and the person said that they will fixed and then they charge even more. I have the proof of the miles that I started and the miles that I finished and even with that this people put a ridiculous amount of miles on the paper just to get more money and the. Put the excuse that it was a mix up between trucks? First time I use this service and we are so disappointed. We will never recommend this service.MEILI G.

When informed the vehicle had a terrible odor after pick-up. the response was "we will have it detailed when you bring it back". They should have offered another vehicle. When it was returned we informed them of the same issue and no investigation or credit was offered.Dean A.

The only negative thing that happened was that we had to do the self check-in because we were picking-up the truck early and it it didn't work. We tried to call a Uhaul number but it didn't work, the chat you can talk to an agent while checking in was awfaul, they said we were not approved and turned off the conversation. I don't know why you give an option for self pick-up if it is not going to work and you'll have to wait the shop to be opened anyway to get your truck. The service in the shop was excellent though.Pyermo B.

When I came into the office I was the first customer. A young lady just sat there and ignored me. Then a white couple walked in and she immediately got up to serve them as I was invisible. I honestly had to remind her that I was there first. Her response was negative. A person should not be disrespected because of the color of their skin!!!!!!! I was very disappointed.charles C.
