I was over charged for a 2 day rental on the hand truck when I only used it for one day and the truck sounded as if it was dying and slow. And even thou you pay for truck & mileage U Haul adds on extra charges when checking out.

The staff was extremely pleasant! The lobby is very clean and kept! the Cargo van i rented was brand new and was everything i needed for my rental time! They even put a couple ice cold waters in the van! Thank so much!
