This place is amazing! Paddy and Tia run such a beautiful office and are so sweet. They even have snacks and drinks for the customers. It is such a nice place to go to. They were both so helpful!! You couldn't find a better place to return a truck to or rent storage from
STEPHANIE RHonestly, the only guy working must have been having a hard couple of days. Picked up Friday he was flustered & short. Saturday drop off, SAME way. I was trying to be as nice as I can, but he wasn't trying to do the same. I understand being frustrated at work, then manager needs to get him some help - but don't take it out on a customer whose also going through a hectic time, moving, etc! I had to pay per mile & gas?? I put $27 in to fill it up, and it didnt stop, it went ABOVE the full tank line which is not where it was, oh well. U Haul seems cheap, but they trick ya.!
