The gentleman that rented the Uhaul barely spoke English, had trouble communicating, navigating the U haul system, hearing and typing payment information and it took almost 2 hours from the time we walked in to pick up the U haul until we drove away with one. Totally unacceptable!Rebecca H.

No clear directions for pickup. I reserved a truck at the first location and when we went to pick it up the establishment was closed. There was a sign on the door so we left and came back. No one was there. Four hours had passed and Uhaul sent us to a second location. We get to that location and we were able to get the key from the lock box, however the key didn't match any of the trucks on the lot. So we then were sent to a third location and no trucks available. Finally the fourth location had a truck that was too big for what we needed. At this point it was six and a half hours after the initial pickup. All we were told was that, â€œI'm sorry.â€ That's not nearly enough for the aggravation and hassle that I had to go through in order to move!!! I would not recommend Uhaul at this point. No discounts, no nothing. The $50 guarantee for the first location that didn't the truck was what I received. I should have been offered a whole lot more! All-in-all a very bad experience.ROSE B.

I got the van dirty and I put it on the remarks when I took it, it was raining like crazy and we tracked some Mud in but that shouldn't add 25 fee! I will never rent from you guys and I will be going to enterprise going forward!Nabil I.

I used the express-check-in and it still took 45 minutes. No utility dolly available so I had to buy one at Home Depot. I ordered 4 dozen furniture blankets and only 16 were available. The owner said and I quote, â€œ It wasn't my fault.â€ If so, whose fault is it? This is my 3rd poor performance by UHaul and my last. I won't go into the no-show by the U-Haul moving help crew. I got a text from the â€œindependent contractor â€œ 3 1/2 hours after arrival time that said, â€œsorry for the inconvenience.â€ That is the same wording I got from customer service after more than a hour on hold talking to various â€œno customer serviceâ€ folks. Sad that humans in CS don't have the authority to solve human problems.James H.
It was hard to tell from the mobile check-in and pickup, how far along the verification was. I asked how long it would take and didn't get a response.Sean D.

Really friendly staff. May have to wait until staff serve non U-Haul customers. Though this may be a shorter wait than at an actual U-Haul counter. Great experience!Cecelia M.
