Well organized. Easy renting and returning. Very responsible. Pulled the truck out for me without me asking, because it was a tight space and I was a little worried I might scratch the truck. Things need to mention: 1 No on site customer parking. 2 it's either no insurance or 25 dollar full coverage with 150 deductible. Both were not a problem for me since I read the notes of this location's webpage and brought my wife as second driver, and I am not familiar with the truck and would rather have full coverage.LIANG L.

Make sure the location drop off is close to the location where the renters of the truck are going to be, My location was 30 minutes out and It was inconvenient to have to change it at the last second.Cristian A.

Frank went above and beyond to what excellent customer service should look like an aspire to be. Frank made, what was already a very stressful move, a sigh of relief. Frank called to check up on me to see if I needed more time, walked me through how to return the rental should the facility not be open, and took care of finalizing the paperwork when I didn't do it correctly. It's been a few years since I rented from U-Haul â€” and wow am I amazed. Renting via the app, returning via the app. Congrats on evolving so seamlessly with the times. Will rent again and again.DANIEL M.
The Power steering on the truck was non existant. I drove it from LA to Napa with steering that over steered in both directions. Also we were approached by a small south American man named Carlos who was eager to get his crew (2 older South American men) and himself hired by me to help us load the truck we had rented to move. Several of the new pieces of furniture were damaged in the move. It was hard to keep track of them and their movements around our property. After I left with half of my goods in the truck, Carlos and his movers came back to my house (as witnessed by my neighbors), and stole the remaining property that I was returning for later that week. There of course is no recourse other than a police report (which got me nowhere), BE CAREFUL WHO YOU HIRE OFF THE STREET,Patrick C.

I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. I can't believe that the guy name frank represents uhaul really sketchy when I return the truck he kept calling Me through the 4 hours Rushing me rudely and very demanding yelling at me and told me not to do the return online that he would take care of it or else I would be charged for two days he made me give him 50.00$ claiming that uhaul is going to charge him for a gas fee of 50. 00$ didn't let me leave until I gave him the cash he threatened me and my brother I have a videoJose T.

Schedule pick up was for a non- existing U-Haul facility, I recommend removing the South Gate address from your U-Haul website. The confirmation sheet also had the wrong address for pickup. Very unpleasant circumstances. However, The Brooklyn U-haul representative Frank redeemed the situation and was very pleasant to work with.LINDA V.

The place I had rented from was adequate. However I had a real difficult time with the original place I had reserved a truck from. When I arrived the place was locked and there were no instructions given to get the rental. When I called their number no one answered. I called the main customer line and they redirected me to the Brooklyn smog center where they had no idea about my rental either, I also had to take a scooter to the location because I left my vehicle at home and it was very inconvenient because of the distance. I had to call customer service for a second time and amidst my increasing frustration we finally settled the problems.Jon M.
