I was moving from Brazil, IN. I was sent to Linton (45 mins away) only to find out that there was no key in the box. Then I was sent an hour and 45 mins away to Brownsburg. When I got there, their system was down and I thought I was not going to get a uhaul that day despite having to be out of my apartment that weekend. I eventually got the uhaul by obtaining the key number from customer support. This is the absolute worst move of my life due to all the added stress 😩. People I was counting on had to go out of their way to help me get the truck. I called customer support and they said a manager would call me to discuss compensation. I was told due to all the issues it would be a $40 flat fee. Despite this, I was still charged $150 plus dollars. It was an absolute nightmare and I have never been that stressed from a move in my life despite using uhal all the way back to 2022.

Dody MThey barely spoke English, very hard to understand. When I went to return, had to wait for them to try to login, took nearly a half hour and 5 individuals to try to login to the system. It was very frustrating. Will not use this location again.
